If you’ve played one trivia game, you’ve mostly played them all. 9Guess is a perfectly adequate entry into the genre. It’s clean, it doesn't crash, and the questions are reasonably up-to-date. I appreciate the lack of bloatware—no silly avatars or forced 'rpg elements' like some of the bigger trivia titles. It’s just questions and answers. The 'Joker' system adds a little bit of flavor, but it’s nothing I haven't seen before. It’s a decent choice for a family gathering or a slow bar night, but it’s not going to keep you engaged if you’re playing solo. It’s functional, and in this market, that’s almost a compliment. Just don't expect it to be the highlight of your evening.
