I’ll give it this: it’s not an eyesore. Most mobile 'art' games look like they were designed by a marketing algorithm, but this has some actual effort put into the illustrations. It’s a mix of a jigsaw and a hidden object game, which is fine if you’re looking to shut your brain off after a long day of work. The 'story' elements are a bit thin—calling them stories is generous; they’re more like themed collections of pictures—but it provides a better sense of progression than most of these apps.
My issue is the lack of challenge. It’s essentially a digital version of putting stickers in a book. The 'merge' mechanic is barely a mechanic; it’s just a way to gate your progress. It’s a very conservative take on the genre that doesn't take any risks. If you like looking at nice pictures and doing busywork, you’ll be satisfied. If you want a puzzle that actually makes you think, look elsewhere. It’s competent, but it’s definitely 'gaming lite'.
