Art of Rally is a poetic love letter to the history of racing. The top-down perspective and minimalist, stylized art style aren't just for show; they provide a clarity of vision that makes high-speed cornering feel incredibly precise. Mastering a 'Scandinavian flick' in a Group B beast through the rainy forests of Finland is one of the most rewarding feelings in any racing game, mobile or otherwise.

The game strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and simulation. While it’s easy to pick up and play with a controller, the depth of the driving physics—handling weight transfer and different surfaces—will satisfy the most hardcore rally enthusiasts. The Career mode is a fantastic journey through the decades, and the daily challenges provide a constant reason to jump back in and chase the leaderboards. It truly is art in motion.

Now this is more like it. It’s rare to find a mobile port that feels this intentional. The art style is genuinely beautiful—not just for a phone game, but as a piece of design. It reminds me of the old Micro Machines games but with a soul. It’s clean, it’s vibrant, and it doesn’t clutter the screen with garbage.

Don't let the 'art' in the title fool you, though; the driving physics are surprisingly punishing. If you think you can just floor it through a corner in a Group B monster, you’ll end up in a tree. The touch controls are okay, but this game begs for a controller. My only real gripe is that the top-down view can sometimes make it hard to judge elevation changes until it's too late. It’s a bit lean on content compared to its PC counterpart, but it’s a high-quality product in a sea of mediocrity.
