Well-Made Game, Short For Price
Mon May 26 2025 Ghost of TarkovI hate that this game has such a low rating because it’s undeniably well made, has a great vibe, and hit my brain with the same satisfying feeling that I get after opening up my laptop every 6 months or so to clean out the dust bunnies clogging my fans. If you’re looking for a true “puzzler” like The Room series I’d look elsewhere, but that doesn’t make this game bad by any definition, just different. You could say that it’s not the difficulty that makes it satisfying, but rather it’s the process itself.
So why 4 stars? Unfortunately the price is a bit steep for what I’d imagine most people would feel is a fairly short, somewhat simple experience. I don’t feel like it deserves the current 3.6 it has because it truly is well-made and an enjoyable experience, but $5.99 is fairly expensive for what’s on offer here, and I imagine if this game was even just $3.99 its rating would climb a good bit,
Beautiful but TOO SHORT!
Mon Jan 20 2025 AA2709First of all, this game is beautiful and I find so much appeal in the fact that it contains a story line interwoven throughout. It is different from other assembling games and the creativity of it is phenomenal. With that being said, the story is WAY TOO SHORT! Especially for the price you want us to purchase the entire game for. It’s not really worth it. I have gone back and forth trying to decide if I was going to purchase the full version until finally deciding against it after realizing there aren’t that many chapters left. In my eyes, I feel I would not be getting my money’s worth for only a little more of the game and story. Reading a lot of reviews, it looks like people agree with that. So, PLEASE, make the game longer! Give even more depth to the story/characters and please don’t be discouraged by people that say including a story is pointless, because I’m sure most of everyone playing this game really enjoy that aspect. It’s a beautiful game and I loved what I got to play. I truly wish I could finish the game and it pains me that I can’t bring myself to play for the rest. That’s why I chose to leave this review. I don’t leave reviews often, but I had to with this one because it’s such a great start to what could be a truly amazing game. Let this post encourage you and the creativity and joy and peace/calmness you brought with this game! Overall, thank you for this!
Beautiful art and gameplay, too short
Tue Oct 24 2023 AddTea2this game is phenomenal and a lovely experience through and through, but the gameplay (even after buying the full version) is way too short. I wouldn’t normally complain about this since these are mobile games and aren’t made to be too long but I barely got an hour’s worth of gameplay from all 15 chapters.
I also feel like the ending was very rushed; there was a lot of story left to explore and only having two linear story lines that barely make sense feels like wasted potential. Again, wouldn’t be complaining since this is a mobile game but even then it’s still subpar.
At it’s current state, this game definitely should be free. Please make more chapters with different characters from Bellariva and not just the same 4 people over and over again.
Delightful and well worth the 5 dollars for the full game.
Mon Mar 03 2025 Uses an iPod Classic in 2025First off, this game is amazing. I loved the story, the disassembly, the voice acting was great! But I feel it was too short to fully take advantage of the story, especially the cliffhanger it leaves off on. Hopefully the game turns into a series where she goes to different cities and fixes things, maybe with more chapters. Also, I feel like there should have been more than one epilogue letter- Maybe there could have been a messy letter from Izzy about her first repairs and how much fun she’s having, or from the mayor about how much his relationship with Izzy has improved since she helped the two reconcile. Maybe a second game could have her coming home to her parents, picking up where it left off.
Beautiful Game
Thu Jul 11 2024 sknoyaThis is such a beautiful game: from the art to the voice actors to the mechanics, it was such a relaxing time going through it! I instantly fell in love with all of the characters (Carmen is my absolute favorite). It’s so nice to see all of their relationships flow; it almost seems like I’m actually they’re seeing them and seeing Bellariva in between fixing little gadgets. I also like that the puzzles aren’t super difficult or too easy.
The only negative is that it’s too short. I hope that there’s plans for another few chapters to come. Maybe of Maria going back to visit her parents, visiting any childhood friends on the way, or just another trip!
I think the current game right now is worth the price. I’m excited for more :)
Great Game!!
Mon Jul 01 2024 ifuknowmenoudonti absolutely love this game!! i've played it three times now and i love each story every time. it is quite short after you figure out how to do it, but overall it's a great game and it's very relaxing and fun. i was disappointed when i saw that there wasn't a sequel to this game, and i wanted to recommend making one. new stories, different town, different things to fix. maybe Maria could go to her parents town and fix up some things there. anyway, i would absolutely love it if you made a sequel to this game. thank you for even making the first one!! i love it so much!! thank you for taking time to read this, and i hope you'll consider my suggestion!!
totally recommend!
Tue Nov 14 2023 wheredsarahgothis is such a cute little game. i’d originally seen it on steam and planned to get it in a few days. i don’t really know what drew me to the app store to see what was new, but BOY was i shocked to see this treasure sitting in the game section for free. i wasn’t disappointed in the slightest. it was such a delight playing the trial levels of this game. i really enjoyed the graphics, music, art, UI, voiceovers, storyline, and of course the lack of ads. this solidified my desire to own this game on steam. it won’t be long now!
i was also pleasantly surprised to see it’s the same company that made monument valley! the game has a special place in my heart. i recommend both of these games. :)
i’m gonna be honest
Wed Jul 02 2025 s4n44Mit’s so hard to find a decent appealing entertaining puzzle game and omg i love this one so so much! i bought the whole game because i was so addicted to the story, the play and the graphics. it’s so beautifully made and playing on an ipad makes it even more enjoyable. i am begging you, developer, to PLEASE make more games of this style. i don’t care if the story continues, if you find a new story line or if you just do the repairing part. this is the type of game u could pay for and play then come back a month later and still be just as excited as you were the first time! i can’t wait to see more games from you!
First time I actually read the storyline
Sun Jul 07 2024 VandyN17As an avid phone gamer, I downloaded a whole slew of games to find a new favorite- weeding out the good from the sea of trash. This one initially caught my eye and I haven’t been able to put it down since. I actually turned my TV off and gave it my full attention. Unheard of.
Great gameplay, immersive graphics and such a beautiful storyline, it might have actually made me tear up a bit. I usually don’t like this style of game but these guys did it right. Fantastic UX/UI and incredibly intelligent engineering. You can tell that real effort and time was put into the creation of this game.
Amazing.
Tue Feb 06 2024 astrasolarisGosh, I couldn’t ask for a better game! The visuals, the audio, the storyline, the gameplay…so clean. This game was a breath of fresh air and it even brought tears to my eyes several times. I love a good puzzle and the way that each one was tied into the timeline of events was so perfect. The game allows you to use your creativity and logic skills and it’s the right amount of challenging. There’s no pressure to complete the activities within a specific amount of time so you don’t feel rushed. There wasn’t a single dull moment in this app. If I say do so myself, I think it deserves a sequel! Well done, ustwo, well done!
