Dinsun here. I’m clearly not the target audience, but let’s be objective. It’s a digital rattle. You touch a balloon, it goes 'pop.' That’s it. For a two-year-old, this is magical. For a human with a fully developed frontal lobe, it’s a test of patience.

There’s no challenge, no depth, and the 'educational' value is minimal at best. However, it doesn't seem to have the predatory ads that ruin most kids' apps, which I respect. It does exactly what it says on the tin: it lets a baby pop balloons. If you need something to stop a tantrum in a grocery store, here it is. Just don't expect a Reviewer's Choice award.
