Best Triple Yatzy Ever is a solid, no-nonsense implementation of the classic dice game. If you’re a fan of Yahtzee, the 'Triple' variant is where the real strategy lies, and this app handles the increased complexity perfectly. Having to manage three columns of scores simultaneously adds a layer of risk-management that makes every roll feel critical.
The interface is clean and uncluttered, which I really appreciate. There are no flashy, distracting animations that slow down the pace of the game. It’s fast, the dice physics feel fair (which is the most important thing in a dice game), and the local multiplayer is great for a quick game with a friend. It’s a reliable, well-built app for the serious dice enthusiast.
Look, it’s Yatzy. You roll dice, you pick boxes. This version calls itself the 'best ever,' which is a stretch, but the triple-column logic is implemented correctly. The interface looks like it was designed in 2012, which I actually don't mind—it's functional and doesn't hide the game behind flashy animations. However, it’s purely for the enthusiast. If you don't already love the math of Yatzy, there is absolutely nothing here to win you over. It's a dry, mechanical experience, but it’s honest.

Finally! Amuseware's (super fast) Triple Yatzy game designed to fit any iPhone or iPad.
Normally, a phone screen is too small to display a Triple Yatzy scorepad. But with our unique magnify feature, you can record your scores right on the scorepad. If you make a mistake, you can "Undo" and try again.
The object of the game is to score the most points by rolling five dice to make certain combinations. The dice can be rolled up to three times in a turn to try to make one of the thirteen possible scoring combinations per game. A Triple Yatzy game consists of completing three Yatzy games, each consisting of thirteen rounds during which the player chooses which scoring combination is to be used in that round. Once a combination has been used in the game, it cannot be used again.

Detailed game statistics and history
Always aim to place your highest scoring hands (like the Yatzy or Large Straight) in the 3x column. Use the 1x column for 'junk' rolls when you fail to hit your target. Pay close attention to the 'Bonus' threshold in each column; hitting the 63-point upper section bonus in the 3x column is essential for a high score.
Roll up to five dice three times per turn. Tap dice to 'hold' them between rolls. After your third roll, you must select a category in one of the three columns. Once a category is filled, it cannot be changed, so plan your moves carefully!
Instead of one column, you have three. The scores in the second column are doubled, and the third column are tripled, adding much more strategy to where you place your rolls.
