I actually downloaded the whole catalog of games made by the developers because I play Bingo and Solitaire more then I play games like bubble pop and 21. I enjoyed this game so much I knew there other games had to be good as well and I have to say I am so happy I did. My first withdrawl was 150 dollars I couldn’t believe it. It was right in my PayPal the next day. Since then I have withdrawn 3 more times for a total of 325 bucks and that’s all in one month. Now I have deposited about 10/12 bucks from two deposits of around 5 bucks a piece but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve won. So if you are looking for a really fun game that actually pays out without you having to deposit a bunch of cash this is the one and I strongly recommend you looking at their other games as well they have bingo, solitaire, bubble pop, and 21 as far as I know but there could be more. Find your favorite game and download it. You will thank me later🥰

After a long grind, I built up $20 and figured I’d try to cash out. They warned that cashing out will wipe out any bonus money that hadn’t been cleared and that it would take 7 - 14 days for the transaction to process. I assumed playing again before the payment had processed would cancel the transaction, so I submitted the request and prepared for a long wait. I was shocked to find the money in my PayPal account one business day later!
Don’t expect to get rich playing this game. Read the fine print on clearing bonus cash to turn it into real cash and on fees for cashing out. But, yeah, it’s a fun game and worth throwing a little cash into it for entertainment value.

They came back saying that my account was an anomaly and that they were freezing my account and I couldn’t withdraw anything. And contact them with any questions or concerns and they haven’t responded. I asked them if it could be possibly be because my PayPal and my login were different email addresses and yet again like I said they haven’t responded. So basically because I was a really good player and kept winning, they decided to freeze my account. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall to try to get a new account that matches my PayPal, but it won’t even let me do that. It keeps my old account on there and doesn’t give me an option to do anything.

Fri Dec 06 2024 Ladybu01I won more than $1300. I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000 waited for 14 days but I did not receive the money. Contacted customer support, I was told that my paypal account has a problem so I called paypal . Paypal told me that their is nothing wrong with my account. So I message bubble dash support team again they told me to process anew withdrawal request and use a different paypal account. I followed all their advice . I told them that I sent a new withdrawal request with a different paypal account . They responded that they are processing it. Waited for 15 days and after 15 days I contacted them again but when I opened the app messaging all the messages were deleted , good thing I have screenshot of all the promises that they made. Now it's more than 6 months and my request is still pending and customer service is not responding. So beware of this app...

Thu Feb 01 2024 Winning and losing!I’ve been playing for about a month. I’ve done a cash out just over $100 and another for $255. I won just over $1500 recently and cashed out. After a few days it said it was refunding me just under what I had cashed out because there was an issue with withdrawal. After all was said and done it only gave me $1200 of my $1500 back into the game and $600 of bonus cash. It said I could attempt with withdraw again but I lose the 600 bonus with the withdrawal so about $300 of my winnings was just taken away. Makes no sense to me. Tried to reach out to customer service and haven’t had any luck.

Wed Sep 11 2024 Dub.MacPlayed for awhile w/no issues. Made half a dozen withdrawals of $30 or less - took a solid 7-14 days but always paid out. Then I tried to withdraw near $100 after a proper luck streak and received an error about collecting in game rewards first. Nothing pending, nothing to collect, emailed customer service. Received an auto response email saying they couldn’t “see or read my email and to contact them in game”. Sent an in game message to support. Over the span of 2 weeks, I received one “automated” response 5 days after I originally submitted, reminding me of global time differences and the fact it was the weekend. I’ve asked for updates, sent another email, nothing. Still can’t withdraw due to a bug. If it works, it works. If it doesn’t or you hit a bug, I wish you luck as there’s no support or fixes available.
****Response to developer: I didn’t ask/expect you to be 24/7 customer service but responding once every 720 hours is a bit mental.

The games you win, a majority of your earnings is BONUS CASH meaning that you CANNOT withdraw that. 96% of your earnings that you win in a game is bonus cash, the rest is earnings you can withdraw and it’s not even a lot. It’s such a waste of time AND money 🙄. I just won the $25 pool and got 2nd place. The 2nd place prize is $8… in BONUS cash, NOT real money. Not to mention therems players that finish the game in 5 seconds, that doesn’t make any sense. They only way you’d be able to do that is if ALL the bubbles you get can correspond to the bubbles at the top layer so you can get a time bonus after because there’s no fair way you can get over 33k points in the high stakes and senior mode. And then they charge you a processing fee of $1.50 if you don’t withdraw an amount over $10. Yeah, trashy game, don’t download this app.

The difference with this app is it appears you are playing against real players, and are able to “win”, but they do not pay out. I am on my fourth attempt to cash out on the $3,000+ I have won, and have had no communication from anyone in the company. I sent them personal information, which I am most upset about. They claim there have been issues with the PayPal account, but that has never been an issue before. I confirmed it was ok to give my spouse’s, and have still not seen any money. I have been waiting over 3 months, and have been patient, but unfortunately this is a scam app.
In response to developer: I HAVE messaged you, upwards of 20 times, both via email and through the chat option. You have not responded to any of my messages.
