★★★★★ Never smiled for a developer, but..

I’m a pretty intensive mobile gamer. I have tried out 80% of the more popular games available. And I’m saying that— foursaken media have been the most consistent and dedicated developers I’ve ever seen from creators here. I’ve downloaded all their games and happily spend money to support them because they do such a good job. This game is no different. If you like bloons and the TD genre, you’ll like this game. If you’re like me and love a minion/summoning approach to combat, they’re are multiple heroes and towers that cater to it. Combined with an in depth upgrade system and hero/tower variety. Can’t recommend this game, or other games from these devs, enough.

★★★★★ Lowered to 2stars after update

The newest version is a disaster. Now gears fly all over the place, not fun to collect and visually awkward. All these new abilities are messy and spammy, and the difficulty has been increased so they just offset if. I had the game since the beginning and have been watching ads every day, but now i have to delete it. Why did you make the game worse after all this time? If you want people back, increase the allied bug limit to make bee fun again. (You destroyed him and the foodstash ability with that limit). And get rid of all this new clutter. I collected so many of the weekly bonuses, getting my best bug to 140 percent bonus and level 100, many other bugs not far behind. I know it is hard to undo what you for some reason thought was a good change, but this was a bad update. Keep ladybug, but my years of dedication are gone because of every other part of the update. Visually and funwise. Please consider fixing it, because old players will hate and new players won't even try to stick around. Truly sad.

Honestly not a bad game but the roster is smaller than bug heroes 1 and 2 so that’s a shame. TD isn’t bad but I genuinely liked the original games’ format better. Not a bad game tho, cool, new towers and new enemies too and technically retains original style since you can flip the camera down and use abilities. But the core of the game is still tower defense, liked the original siege format a lot better imo but this format allows for more casual play and a lot more idle combat which requires less attention and time. But I’ve always felt that bug heroes was one of a kind and better suited for consoles that mobile because of their depth, I would LOVE to see a bug heroes 3 and instead of adding the same heroes from 2 or 1 maybe some completely brand new heroes would be nice, but retaining the original trio should be nice too. Like maybe we get a bombardier beetle, a weevil, or some other obscure bug as a character , that would be fun.

★★★★★ Great Game, not perfect

I love this game and would really love to be able to give it five stars, but there are a few issues that prevent me from doing so in good conscience. First: even *after* spending $10 on the premium game purchase, there are a few things that remain prohibitively expensive (things like tower and hero promotions and battle passes) which is something I would have expected to be remedied at least a little after putting down money for the *full* experience. Second: There is an ‘endless’ mode which is pretty much the only thing to do after beating all the other houses, but it’s got a few major issues. Firstly, the game’s performance gets pretty bad around round 130 or so even on my new iPad. And secondly, despite the time to complete each round getting longer due to stronger and stronger waves with more and more enemies, the rewards gained do not increase with this, so realistically you actually gain rewards *SLOWER AND SLOWER* the further you get in this mode which is a little demoralizing. I want to finish by saying that I would recommend this game and I do like it, but as someone who is passionate about it, I would love to see some changes as well.

Not gonna lie I almost had given up hope on another Bug Heroes game. Low and behold, I randomly I open up Bug Heroes 2 and BAM! New game! Just trying it out and so far I love it! Change of pace from the others but it feels like a good direction for the series. Yes, this is only my first impressions and my thoughts on the game are subject to change, but as of now this is very fresh and exciting! (Still definitely wouldn’t mind Forsaken opening up development on Bug Heroes 2 again tho 😏) But for real, as someone who’s played all the other Bug Hero games, this seems like another great addition!

★★★★★ Not what I was expecting

Was hoping for a new bug heroes game but this is not really what I expected or wanted. I don’t like the gameplay change to a more bloons like td game. I much prefer the old style tower defense they were doing in the previous bug heroes games. The maps in this game are small and it really limits how far your hero can go they should have made this game like block fortress war in a way or they could have just added more content to the second bug heroes game. I also don’t like that here are NO new heroes, just some of the ones from huge heroes 2 with mostly the same skills. All in all it’s not bad just hoping this is a spin offf and we get a proper bug heroes game in the future. I am very interested in noblemen 2 though

★★★★★ Inapp purchases ruin another game

Yet again in app purchases ruin another game . Constant harrassing to buy,buy,buy . Massive ads to get anything to force to buy ads free . Diamonds to promote ? Seriously ? Any time you have extremely high in app purchases in a game as this does ($100) for diamonds . The levels will start off fun then get impossible to go further unless you play previous locations over and over and over and over ,to get strong enough . But of course you can help that along with , you guessed it , (diamonds)want boosts as the game is designed to get super tough to impossible? You guessed it . Even more diamonds . Want to bring your heroes back alive and fully charged ? You guessed it (diamonds) . So sick of what gaming as become today . I was looking forward to this game as i like tower defense games a lot . Irritating as i have to delete the game !!!
