Look, it’s checkers. How much can you really mess up? Checkers Gold is functional, but it’s the most basic implementation imaginable. The 'Gold' in the title suggests something premium, but this is bare-bones. The AI is either braindead or a grandmaster with no middle ground.

I’ve played checkers on a kitchen table that had more character than this app. There are hundreds of free checkers apps that do exactly the same thing. I don't see the value proposition here unless you really like the color brown. It's safe, it's predictable, and it's ultimately unnecessary. I gave it a mid-range score simply because it doesn't try to be anything it isn't.
