If you’ve played Doodle Jump, you’ve played this. I don't see the point in releasing separate apps for what should be a skin pack, but that's mobile gaming for you. The tilt controls are as responsive as ever, and the holiday theme is harmless. It’s a distraction you play for two minutes while you’re in line for coffee.
My problem is that there is absolutely nothing new here. No new mechanics, no clever twists on the formula. It’s just the same game with snow on the platforms. It’s lazy. If you don't own the original, this is fine, but if you do, there’s no reason to spend money on this. It’s a cash grab based on seasonal relevance. I’m not impressed.
