Hand and Foot is a game for people who think Bridge is too simple. This digital version, 'Extreme' in name only, is about as exciting as watching paint dry, which is exactly what a good card sim should be. It doesn't distract you with fluff. It just gives you the cards and a set of AI opponents that will absolutely punish you if you don't track the discards.

The UI is clearly 'indie'—it looks like something a talented hobbyist built in their basement. It’s not pretty, but it’s functional. The AI is surprisingly sharp, making it a good training ground if you play this game at your local club. However, the lack of a modern online lobby is a major drawback for a game that is inherently social. It’s a niche tool for a niche audience. If you aren't already a Hand and Foot veteran, this app will do nothing to convince you to start.
