I’m still not convinced by mobile VR, and GeoBots VR is exactly why. It’s a shooting gallery where you look at things until they explode. That’s it. No movement, no real strategy, just swivel your head around until you get dizzy. The robots look like something from a stock asset pack, and the environment is about as generic as it gets.

It’s the kind of thing you show someone for two minutes when you first get a VR headset, and then never open again. There’s no depth, no progression, and the 'immersion' is broken by the low-poly models and basic sound effects. We’re in 2026; we should be past these glorified screen-savers.

GeoBots VR is a virtual reality experience that takes you through a factory swarming with GeoBots!
Your goal is to shoot them down as fast as possible!
You'll get points for shooting down multiple bots in quick succession, as well as bonus points based on how long you have stayed alive! Be aware though, as time progresses, bots will hurt more! Earn Cogs in game to spend on new bot designs and weapons!
Our next update will include a whole new story mode and new bots, weapons, and dangers!
Using your Google Cardboard compatible device, take aim at the GeoBots and use your gaze to shoot them down! If you don't have a Google Cardboard device, you can also play in normal widescreen mode.

Look around your environment to locate nodes and interactable objects. Focus your gaze on a specific bot to select it, then look at a destination node to move. Your vision is your cursor.
