Ice Rage is a frantic, arcade-style hockey game that strips the sport down to its most entertaining elements: 1-on-1 matches and pure chaos. The characters are delightfully chunky and full of personality, ranging from a wall-like polar bear to a lightning-fast ninja. It’s the kind of game that’s perfect for local multiplayer on a single device, leading to plenty of shouting and competitive fun.

The 'one-button' control scheme is surprisingly deep once you master the timing of the shots and the physical bumping. While the single-player tournaments are fun for unlocking new characters, the heart of the game is definitely the head-to-head mode. It captures that classic 'table hockey' feel but with much more violence and speed. It’s a must-have for anyone who misses the era of simple, addictive arcade sports games.
