Truly great game!
Wed Mar 02 2022 Wacky1215Thereโs usually only three reasons I write a review: 1) Iโm getting free stuff, in which case I lay that out in the review, 2) the game is so bad that I donโt want others to get sucked into the same garbage I got duped into, and 3) the game is so good it deserves praise and recognition so others can enjoy it and hopefully the game grows and gets even better! This totally falls in the third category. Itโs great! Fun, great strategy and awesome characters. Itโs built in a way that pay2win players donโt really have an advantage, and thereโs no pay wall to hit so you canโt advance if youโre f2p! Itโs incredibly balanced and still super fun. If I was to give the devs any advice, Iโd like more control over building my base. I like that you can get different islands w/ different terrain, but depending on the invading teamโs power, it doesnโt make much difference. Considering the penalties for losing a base raid arenโt too harsh, itโs not a huge deal. Iโd really like to replay raids though so I can see where my defenses failed and try to improve. Other than that, I think itโs an awesome game. Keep it up!

Best Clash of Clans rip-off ever made
Thu Jan 02 2025 Truthful and ExplainedSo I saw a review by Wacky1215 a while again and I thought I would try this game out to see how good it is. I mean it had 4.9 out of 5 stars (the highest Iโve ever seen for a game with more than 20k ratings) and decided to see if it was truly as good as it was perceived to be. And I was wrong. It wasnโt good, it was AMAZING. I spent almost 2 hours or more every day plying this game because of how cool it is. Especially coming from me being a person to be harsh with my reviews, this game is actually fire. I also like how it keeps people from being too addicted by adding a 20 plays limit to how many times you can play to earn trophies in 12 hours. I recommend getting this game and deleting every other game you have just to play this game (thatโs what I did, lol)
Edit: I forgot to mention, I did not get a single ad while I played the game, love it

Good potential, terrible execution
Mon Jul 19 2021 CleptomanxI just got done dropping out of my clan and deleting this game after playing for just under a week. I was just about to finish leveling my City Hall to 6 and unlocking my 4th boat, but at this point I honestly didnโt care because the longer I played the more I saw the matchmaking feature got worse and worse. Every time I increased my attack power I would get defenders that way overpowered me to the point that I couldnโt find viable battle opponents for regular battles and ESPECIALLY Clan league battles.
It became ridiculous when I was tapping next for literally 10 minutes and just got page after page of opponents that overpowered me by 10k or more. So, forget this stupid spiral down the drain, Iโm glad I didnโt invest any money because itโs shocking that, as a new player, I literally experienced diminishing returns in less than a week. It usually takes a few weeks to start hitting these types of walls and money grabs, but being a fresh player and ALREADY getting smacked down by terrible matchmaking to the point that I canโt even play anymore is crazy dumb.
Good luck devs! I have no idea what your gameplan is, but you chased me off in record time. Congrats.

Awesome, Addicting, and Awesome
Thu Feb 25 2021 thedoorontheflooreithnocareI spend a lot of time on here Iโm also the clan leader of The Home Depot THD I am shamwow. This game is awesome and I love the leveling system and a lot of different things to do. However I think there are a few things you could add.... First with the clans thereโs not much to do as a team besides clan war and even then most people are confused as to what a clan does besides rewards every once in awhile. Second I would like to say that there should be more rewards later in game because itโs kind of like it carries you the whole way then you kind of get stagnant awhile and make slow big steps or a lot of tiny ones.
Thank you for reading I really do love the game and will stick around hoping for some cool updates and the heros definitely looking forward to them.

Games going downhill
Sat Jun 07 2025 BarbthemanFrequent, unannounced changes in the mechanics of the game is fairly frustrating but until recently only required adjusting strategy. Currently the defensive aspect has been severely nerfed to the point where defensive strategies are useless and offensive strategies are unnecessary. There is currently no strategy required to find success and the game is boring. Hard to justify playing a strategy game that no longer requires strategy.
They say they notify us of changes, but thatโs bologna. Sure they notify changes to troop/hero stats through their discord, stuff you can see. Never a notification of changes in troop logic (some people say AI, but itโs hardly intelligent) and certainly not when they nerfed every players defense. I mean NERFED to the point of boredom.
Developers neglect the players, clan members post on clan discords responses and itโs discouraging. Itโs all about money, not player experience. Games been going downhill, if they canโt resolve it soon I cant justify spending time playing the game or simply having the app on my phone.

Fix maps + add replay + archers need to shoot flying units!!!
Thu May 11 2023 I care about this gameFix maps or have an option to have it flat again.. I absolutely hate the maps to defend my base.. It has no advantage having high ground.. I have less units due to stairs.. I also want to say add a replay so I can see what happen to my base so I can learn how to defend it better.. I absolutely hate the disadvantage.. But I will still give it 5 stars because it truly is fun and the developers update the game which is critical to making the game better.. Please let it be an option to have flat island again.. Also fix archers to shoot flying units first the AOE is on something else just letting dragons breath fire on them makes no sense.. I pray this happens as soon as possible in Jesus name..

Too taxing on my iPhone
Fri Nov 25 2022 leifliegeThis game is lots of fun but you may be leaving older phone models in the dust. The last few weeks, I have had to remove my iPhone 11 from its case and limit play time to about 20 minutes at a time because the phone feels like it is about to go up in flames! Would you consider adding graphics options in the settings or have the game automatically make adjustments so older phones can keep playing?
Update: It appears the overheating problem had more to do with an iOS update than the game. A subsequent iOS update after this review solved the high temperature I was experiencing but I still think it would help to offer reduced graphics detail for older phones. I am frequently seeing significant frame rate reductions usually at the start of a level and during heavy fighting.

Really Awesome Game!

1: a Replay button so I can see what happened if I ever get raided (this could teach players where to upgrade their defenses)

2: Difficulty Modes
Easy Mode: Game is the Same
Normal Mode: You receive less rewards in raids and it cost more to upgrade/buy troops, but is mostly same as easy
Hard Mode: Normal Mode, but you have to send โScouting Missionsโ to find nearby islands to raid, this would make players have to wait a minute or 2 for raids, also your soldiers have โEnergyโ so they have to take breaks between Raids. You could probably spend gems or coins to upgrade there energy faster, and use gems/coins to speed up scouting missions
(Note: you would be able to change modes throughout the game)

I havenโt gotten that far (only at about 30,000 power) but this game is really fun!
