Fri Sep 13 2024 shkdkchThe bonus match on initial deposit felt scammy. You can only use the bonus on slots and it eats your deposit before the bonus. I found a few fun games but all the tables felt like i could predict the outcome. And it felt like on slots you only win back on the tail end basically lose the bonus and suddenly 5 minor bonuses in slots in a row to allow you to keep playing but you will never be in profit. Basically auto rolling to get rid of the bonus that expires in 7 days. calling out minor wins with ease. Like it endlessly tries keeping you on the app but you wont win. Gambling is suppose to be fun and feel like you have a chance at winning. Never felt like i had a chance here. Could be i just had the worst luck i have ever had. So thats why its not a 1. Overall had minor fun so wont be using this again. Wicked wheel panda is a fun slot though would recommend. Dancing little guy has my vote.
Consistent Fun

Nice community involved too if you go to the live tables, I highly recommend good luck
They stole $2000 from me!
Wed Oct 09 2024 babykake7Two weeks ago, I won a royal straight flush on video poker. My bet was $10 and the win was $8000 but they only gave me $6000. I am still waiting to speak with ARIEL. In these two weeks, Ariel has either been in numerous meetings, or she was off, and today I was told she just started her vacation! Do they actually think they will get away with this? I have contacted the attorney general of NJ, my bank is ready to go after them (I deposited tens of thousands), my attorney is drafting letters to them and I will be contacting the Department of Gamimg. Has this happened to anyone else? I am a senior citizen. Maybe they thought I would not notice the $2000 missing? If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful for the help. I will keep you updated. In the meantime, please play elsewhere. Not only did they rob me, I am unable to speak to anyone who can help.

They offer a deposit match however require you to bet 10x that deposit before you can withdraw any of your winnings. I was unaware of this. Just figured it was like every other casino app that offers a deposit match that will not allow to withdraw the bonus (obviously). But having to bet 10x your deposit match is CRAZY! Very bad setup. I deposited $100 and after I was up $300 and realized I would have to win $1,000 before I could withdraw any of my winnings, I just deleted the app. I was never going to see or make my money back. Absolutely terrible and not recommended. If I could I would give ZERO STARS! Only writing this review to help others from the scam of a system.

Sun Mar 31 2024 2 for 1 GiraffesI deposited $100 for the 100% match, unaware of the requirement of terms that require you to bet 10x the initial deposit before you can withdraw any of YOUR OWN INITIAL DEPOSIT. I would totally understand not being able to withdrawal the bonus credit, but my account now has $300 and I cannot withdraw a penny. I have bet THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, (sometimes gaining and sometimes losing, but now at the $300 balance with no further deposits) on Roulette and am still showing only 24% accrual for the credit. I should be well past the 10x requirement and again, cannot withdraw a penny.
I have contacted the support email and they keep sending the same generic email telling me to read the terms and conditions, which I have read and met.

Too many apps out there to use this one frequently you barely hit ever. App also glitches a lot while your playing so much you have to log out and log back in. Update: tried to give it a fair shot and tried again it’s possible to win but not a lot of bonuses game still glitch. The offers just aren’t great and worse if it they have no rewards program at all so your just loosing money. They have no daily promo nothing to offset the loss for there customers not worth it

Mon Aug 26 2024 Spud1624Do yourself a favor and save your money and delete this app, or better yet don’t sign up at all. I read all the bad reviews but decided to give it a shot anyway…big mistake. I play on all the apps there are for many years and can definitely say that this site is not on the up and up. They most definitely alter the RTP on there games, and the “glitches” are no mistake. If your lucky enough to get to a bonus round (you’ll have to spin about 500 times) you won’t win anything. I have a feeling Jackpocket casino wont be around for that long
