I love this game!! It doesn’t get so hard that you can’t complete the matches or you run out of time. My issue is the game will close and I have to restart it. When I do, I have to start back over winning 3 games for the boost because it thinks I lost. I haven’t lost, I’m in the middle of playing. Fix this issue and I’ll give 5 stars!!!
They got greedy!

When I started the time out clock didn’t affect a level you could just play on until done.I loved it so much I’d play way too long. Lol It was my favorite game because you could play for a long time & not spend a dime. First I noticed the level timer started working.
Then it started to change.
First of all I’m on level 5645. I completed decorating all the rooms they had (30) and the special decor events at Halloween & Christmas. After the Christmas went away there are no more rooms to decorate for coins extra play etc. I didn’t mind that part so much.
Today I decided to play for awhile. Now I can’t even get thru a level! They shortened time and took away ‘watch a video’ for another 60 secs of play. Now you have to buy. Not cheap either! $2 to finish a level or start over? So after all this time enjoying a fun game with great graphics I decided to spend the first time purchase for .99c. Then it just went downhill from there. No free play, the moons are hard to dig out, impossible to finish a level. I am SO DONE!
The developer figured out how to be greedy & make $$. Once u give them the initial buy they make it impossible. So. Bye! 😡
Fun game but frustrating!
Thu Jan 25 2024 pebbles3377I like the premise of the game, it is addicting and fun to play! My frustration with it, is that the super hard and hard levels pile so much on, that it is very hard to get through in the time allowed. Part of the frustration is when selecting items, you click right on the item you want, but often what they show you selected is different. Since you only have so many spaces to hold selected items you have to then find three of the item they say you selected to clear it. On top of that they hide the specific items you are supposed to find under other items making it impossible to get to the item you want, forcing you to select the other item.
On top of that if you pay the 4.99 to remove ads, you still have the game ads popping up all the time. They also drop items in the game you are playing in the last seconds you have, distracting you with an ad they will force you to see when done with the level. I give the game 5 stars for creating the game but 1 star for the things they do to make it harder for you to pass levels without buying something in all the ads.
Pleasantly surprised
Sat Dec 30 2023 Mowg LellanI downloaded this expecting to be deleting it in a day or two. I enjoyed it enough to pay for it and remove ads. It is casually addicting with a little bit of an adrenaline rush because of the timer. The competition is pretty good, you can tell there are people not trying at all, and then there’s a group of people just going for it. I felt like the home design portion needs a bit more variety…all the colors are muted and in the same family, so trying to get some bright colors is sometimes difficult, so it lost a star there.
If you like finding matches, you’ll probably enjoy this, and you’ll know in a few levels if it’s for you.
Unable to play properly and no backup
Sat Jan 27 2024 Griffon49After I complained that this game has no way to save progress, coins, boosters, etc., to a backup in case you buy a new phone, I was no longer able to get more than 5 lives on this game. Prior to that, I had been able to accumulate up to 24 lives at a time from teammates. The owners sent me a blank email after I told them about this “glitch” and asked them to please fix it. I request lives, but I don’t believe my 49 teammates can see them or my messages because I have asked them and no one replies. I feel as if somehow my messages to teammates have been blocked. I downloaded an update to the app, my IOS is up to date and I restarted my phone. The coins are also very expensive compared to other games. I would not recommend this game to anyone.
Love the game but…
Fri Dec 29 2023 dumplin48There are ads that lock up the game. Jigsaw for Seniors being the biggest one. I can’t tell you how many times I have lost time waiting for it to unlock. Get rid of that ad!!! Now it’s that stupid king that is hanging up the game. I lost all my progress trying to get extra time because the ad just kept running over and over.
Lost another game because of that annoying King Robert ad. It runs in continuous loop!
Problems after purchase
Thu Dec 21 2023 Lizy312I am unsure, but I was doing really well and enjoying the game until I actually purchased something. It now seems that it is impossible to move forward. To keep playing there used to be videos (ads) I could watch, now they are gone. In order to pass a level everything needs to be purchased. I liked the game because it was challenging but doable. Now o think I’ll delete it! Why did everything change?
I then tried purchasing a few other things to get out of the hole, nothing! Now I’ve paid money and suddenly I can’t progress. Should I just leave a bad review, and never play it again? I am about to stop playing.
I will never purchase anything ever again for this game.
Why ads now?
Sat Jan 20 2024 TanZenplayer22I was really enjoying your game!!! In fact it has consumed much of my free-time in the past few weeks. I arrived at level 275 yesterday. Not one time unless I asked for an ad to extend time or sweep too many choices off did I see any ads. Prior to the ridiculous ads I would have given you 5-stars.
Now I get an ad EVERY SINGLE level. You offer “for the price of a cup of coffee” to eliminate the ads. WHY NOW. Why not at level 10 like most games I try? I’m not going to pay the $4.99 to remove ads. And I’m forced to only give two stars.
I’ll play until level 300 and the unfortunately be forced to quit.
I didn’t mind your offers for additional things inside the game which popped up between levels sometimes. While I didn’t buy any of them, they popped up and I could dismiss them in less that five seconds. Now there is an ad of 15-30 or more seconds for other games outside of yours. In my opinion this is a big mistake and one I’m disappointed in your development team for doing so.
Great game, make it even better
Sun Jul 02 2023 ElynnWQI’ve been playing this game for over a month and really like it. I’m over level 2300 and have noticed it has started repeating. You have so many objects and even more with color variations that I don’t know why the levels would ever have to repeat. You should be able to randomize the mix of objects for hundreds of thousands of unique variations. Thanks for the fun game!
Fun game with a great mix of levels
Fri Dec 01 2023 NanaWKSI have downloaded many games and deleted them in the first hour of play. This one is a keeper! It has the perfect blend of hard and easy levels. It keeps me wanting to keep playing. The game is fun. Other games have too many levels that are impossible to complete. I close my iPad and quit the game in frustration. I keep playing Joy Match for hours.
