Kings in the Corner is a faithful and snappy digital translation of the classic family card game. It’s essentially 'communal solitaire,' and this app captures that competitive-yet-casual vibe perfectly. The AI is well-balanced, offering three levels of difficulty that actually feel distinct—the 'hard' mode will genuinely punish you for poor card management.
The visual presentation is clean and utilitarian, which is exactly what you want for a card game. The haptic feedback when you successfully move a pile or play a King into the corner is a nice modern touch. While it lacks some of the flashy animations of larger card game apps, its stability and fast-loading times make it a superior choice for quick gaming sessions. It’s a nostalgic trip that works beautifully on a touch screen, especially with the 'drag-and-snap' physics of the cards.

Kings in the Corner is a popular card game where players try to get rid of their hand by playing cards onto a central board of alternating colors. Play your Kings in the vacant corner spots to open up new moves. This digital version features smooth animations, adjustable difficulty, and a clean, intuitive interface. Perfect for a quick solo challenge or a family game night.
Classic, authentic ruleset
Three levels of challenging AI
Smooth, tactile card-dragging physics
Detailed statistics and win tracking
Don't just play every card you can. Try to prioritize cards that allow you to consolidate stacks on the board. Consolidating stacks opens up empty spots, which are the only places where you can play the cards from your hand that aren't currently part of a sequence.
Kings can only be played in the four corner spots. Always play a King as soon as you draw one; it creates a new foundation pile that allows you to move larger sequences of cards, significantly helping you empty your hand before the AI.
The first player to play all the cards from their hand onto the board is the winner.
