Let's address the elephant in the room: the 'Monster Girl' theme is clearly aimed at a specific subset of the internet. If you can look past the questionable character designs, there’s actually a competent Princess Maker-style simulator here. The rogue-lite elements keep the training sessions from feeling too stale, and the combat requires more than just mashing buttons.
However, the balance is all over the place. Some runs feel doomed from the start because of RNG, and others are a cakewalk. It lacks the polish of a game like Monster Rancher. It’s a niche title for a niche audience. It’s technically functional and has some depth, but I can’t see myself recommending this to anyone who doesn’t already own several anime figurines.
