Fun game but bugs when closing and opening the game
Wed Jun 19 2024 For the bladeI really enjoy the game and the recent update really helped it a lot but now I have the upgraded 2 star octopus (yellow with the barbs) and my greedy was maxed out before I closed the game and I would get almost 5 clams per creature that had them or 11 from the red looking sharks in the level 5 area but it reset back to the greedy level of my 1 star octopus and I’m unable to upgrade the greedy level to reset it to its proper level. The shield also went away when I had most of it but I was able to upgrade it again and it started working like it did before. So I’m assuming all my 2 star black market octopus levels do the same and will reset back to before in the 1 star max until I buy levels for them again if I can.

Tue Jul 09 2024 literal rockI like the game a lot. It gives me something to do when I'm bored. I do have a few complaints tho. I noticed that after I reached level five all the prey are too difficult to capture. It either takes too long or they are so strong they can escape my grab immediately, and while I like a chase, I think those prey should give a bigger reward. Especially because everything is so expansive to upgrade now, and I don't wanna spend almost five minutes just to get 50k. Idk if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm being reasonable. Also those weird claims that you get from the human divers, are you kidding me that I need eith of those to get one regular clam? Couldn't it be one weird clam for 3 regular clams? They take forever to get captured! I don't think that's fair

Fri May 31 2024 agoodfollower422Just stating opinions here. Followed from the first update and finding lots of difficulties with the new one. Simply not enough bones to catch up to new upgrades (which I saved up for in the first update, didn’t appreciate the currency being taken away) But I enjoyed some aspects being downgraded for the sake of something to do. Just way to hard to move around to the higher rewards. I enjoyed the first map a lot more and think that instead of going for a maze system to give lots of things to move around? And finally the shells icon is uh… well not the right one 😅
I’m really looking forward to what comes of this game! May I also recommend instead of forced ads giving an option to watch ads for currency? Thank you
Has a lot of potential, no ads

Would be 5 star if they fixed a couple glitches like some creatures going through walls (scuba diver, submarine) and the health bars of enemies jumping back up way too fast too soon, and sometimes the tentacles not re-gripping a fish and instead just visually hanging on causing the health bar of the enemy to refill instead. I’ll change to five star when fixed. (Got further and there’s a weird visual glitch when consuming the lion fish. I can’t do the third octopus upgrade, I finished the submarine but there’s no reward or progress after, it’s fairly unfinished at this point)

Wed Jul 03 2024 WubbyYumI’ve been playing this game for weeks and at first I loved it, however I finally unlocked the level five area and upgraded enough to be able to out swim sharks but upon logging back in I found that the sharks are now 3x faster than they were before, XP also takes forever to collect I’ve spent hours collecting XP only for the bar to barely move and I’m only on the level 5 area and now bc the sharks and other species in the level 5 area are now 3x tougher and faster it’s nearly impossible to level up quickly, and there are too many fish species that don’t give you any special items like shells or potions, also only being able to gain 10 red orbs from crabs ever few hours makes it hard to progress as well. This game has lots of potential but these problems honestly make me not wanna play.
great start but bugs
Sat Jul 20 2024 Achgiguwenit’s a great start of the game. However before the last update I had maxed out my shield and strength. I could attack the purple octopus head on wo issues. After the update it seems like all my maxed skills are back to level one and I can’t upgrade them since they are maxed out.
New issues since last update.
I had almost everything maxed in the deep red and purple brain bank area. Now I can wait overnight and they still aren’t full. Taking a long time to get use from those as well as the blue shell bank as well.
Simple and really fun

I’ve been playing since the games initial release and there were several gripes I had (Excessive ads, no customization, no real goals or mission structure) HOWEVER since then all of the small things I disliked have been fixed or removed completely. This game is a great time killer and definitely has some reward for game play that certainly justifies the fun grind of the gameplay. Being a lover of both the sea and Octopi, it’s a perfect fun time for me. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple and fun game to play.
Ruined it with screen clutter ads
Mon Jul 29 2024 CrossVGGame was great, a little grindy but it was a fun way to pass the time. Graphics are pretty good and it was fun to watch the tentacles snatch up the stuff but now there’s screen clutter blocking part of the screen and a store to spend real money on. I have nothing against watching ads for some type of reward on game but blocking the screen with stuff is a great way to ruin a good game. Worst update ever. Please please get rid of the screen promos. Put them all in the new store section, maybe add some options to get bones and pearls from watching ads in that section and we will willingly do it! No need to shove it in our face a take ho screen space. You’ll see that you’ll get more loyal users that way!
Great, but needs a fair amount of work
Thu Jun 13 2024 Galaxy200The gameplay is fun, but when you hit level 4 things start getting iffy. The submarine parts are unfixable, even if you have the resources required. The minions upgrades don’t remain when you close the game, so you lose all progress there while needing to pay higher amount to get to the same place. The fish that can harm you are seemingly unbeatable, as when they bite you you automatically let go, which…? Makes it impossible to get into like a quarter of the accessible map. It’s really fun and has lots of potential, but it definitely needs some bug fixing and work.

Wed Jun 12 2024 Fluffy jackalAt first the game was fun and pulled me in. Once I got around level 4 I started noticing bugs. The gather and hunter pups wouldn’t keep their upgrades when the games closed. I would have to upgrade them past what they were to get the values back. I also couldn’t repair any machines even when having the materials to do so because the quest line rewards wouldn’t show complete. Even if the quest line did complete, the repair button didn’t do anything. I became stuck constantly trying to do those things to move forward. In the end it was fun and would be better if they fixed the bugs. I’m sure there are more but I didn’t notice them.
