Enjoyable Game
Wed May 18 2022 Chinchillin26I really enjoy this design of a rather ‘simple’ tycoon game and do not have much to critique of this team’s execution of the project. As for many, I honestly would like to see this game grow and develop more as it definitely does have a high playability. All that being said, I only have one criticism to make: AI Pathfinding AI pathfinding within this game is mediocre at best, it certainly suffices, but is merely satisfactory to run the game. Often, I find myself having to arrange shops and services differently just because crowds usually get stuck in spaces narrower than 2 grids - even fans does not prevent backups, and instead just causes a loss of customers and income. Other times I find visitors on the edges of the maps randomly, and while searching for an explanation I became more confused when I saw visitors slowly accelerated to random places of paths with No Service Fans in sight. Rarely, when a visitor is hungry (etc.) they will ignore food stalls that are within their reach, never replenishing their fullness. When visitors become excited, such as seeing a food stall, they often run into other objects causing them to get stuck again. Overall, I still really enjoy the game and still find it worthy of five stars mostly due to the confidence I have that these mentioned issues will be fixed in the near future.
Mobile Devs, TAKE NOTES!
Wed May 25 2022 ZalloiThis game is amazing, and I mean that in the “Not annoying advertisements popping way.” Mobile developers if you are reading this, take notes on this game’s execution of bringing in advertisement income. In the manner that it is presented, I actually don’t mind and enjoy watching ads. They aren’t forced down my screen, or pop up every 15 seconds, but is purely a choice! And more often times than not I choose it because I want the reward. That being said, I’m not annoyed 2-3 clicks in to playing and it actually keeps me coming back for more. Longevity should be the goal of your player base, not how many players you target with ads in the first few seconds. I’m sure a lot of others feel the same way. What a relief it is to play a game for once because it’s fun and not a hassle. The gaming industry is being destroyed by such greedy concepts and I barely keep mobile games on my phone anymore because of it. But this has earned its stay for over a good few days, and that’s actually a record in my book. Good job devs and keep up the good work and updates, you have a fan here, simply out of the good execution of your product.
Good at first
Sat Jul 01 2023 silentshadow2049This game has a lot going for it. The pace is nice. The main park feels pretty good. Lots of ways to optimize park flow and income by placing rides and mascots strategically around and then using food and redirection with other objects. Where things start going downhill is the level of monetization and heavy lean on ads to further gameplay. Without the ad content, this game slows to a crawl. There are also ride spaces locked behind a paywall and that’s just no good. You have these holes in your park that you can’t do anything about unless you spend money.
Additionally, the 2-day events look like they have a live leaderboard, but comparing my game on my phone to another game on another phone the leaderboards don’t match. So either they’re lumping different players together or the leaderboard is just arbitrary computer generated players with a slow, but steady increasing score. There’s no way I’m the only person getting as many points as I got. Takes the competitive fun out of that mode. And the fact that after the event completion it just starts over again is not helping perpetuate the grind of that event.
Also, the 2-day park and the main park don’t earn income correctly when the app backgrounds. It’ll just resume the game and your income hasn’t changed (main park will sometimes work correctly). You need to force-quit the app for it to register you’ve been gone.
Awesome game - TECH PLEASE READ
Sun Sep 11 2022 hayleyehmSuper fun and love the new update! I’m so glad it’s here. First, there are some bugs, such as sometimes no visitors come off my bus and I have to close and reopen the app to get it to unload them again. Then it may get two full cycles before it glitches and just sits there, and stops unloading. But past that, overall, the game is really fun! I’ve been playing for a little while, it’s so creative and allows you to build your park just as you want! You can even move your attractions, control the crowds with fans and decorations, and much more. I spent money, I couldn’t help it, I was invested. (Lol) But you can definitely get by playing completely for free. The ads are never overwhelming or interrupting your game play, and it’s more than reasonable for them to support your gameplay as it actually rewards you with park benefits. I’m sure the bug will be fixed soon, and until then, I’ll be patiently waiting to revise my review. 😁
Pretty good - kinda cash grabby
Fri Apr 28 2023 Reviewer #5436The game itself isn’t something that you could play for longer than 10-15 minutes at a time. Personally I played it for about 10 every other day or morning and night. It’s not bad, the concept is good but there are some pay walls that make it significantly more difficult to progress in the game. The first one is rides: in order to get rides you need “cards” these cards are only obtainable through opening chests (opening chests that give you cards require you to watch an ad or playing and doing well enough on a separate park only open for 2 days -theme parks- with extreme disadvantages to most likely push you to spend actual money on perks) at your park or paying real currency at about 5 dollars. (You need rides it’s non-negotiable it’s the whole point of the game).
The ads aren’t that bad and there aren’t random ones that just pop up mid game like some other tycoons. Its mostly your choice whether or not you watch the ads but it’s also kinda impossible to get anywhere if you don’t?
Oh it also seems like a lot of creative effort went into making this one. There are some interesting rides, the graphics are nice, and the overall gameplay is pretty good.
Good, but…
Mon Oct 17 2022 adaarahSo I downloaded this game a few months ago and it have definitely kept me occupied, that being said here are a few things I can’t seem to get around: the empty spaces where a ride should be they all cost $5 or $6 for a SUNGLE RIDE!
The space reserved for inviting friends to join, I’ve been inviting friends and making sure they cross all the Ts and I still won’t get the reward, after contacting support multiple times they tell me that every person that downloaded the game because of me “didn’t meet the requirements” (allow all tracking, cookies, no VPN when downloading, and of course, complete the tutorial)
Also, there’s a secondary park that appears temporarily as a sort of promotion, but it never gives you enough time to actually make any progress in that park, they are always set to a day or two, and you can’t earn enough money in that amount of time to make any real progress. Not t mention, your “thanks for participating reward” NEVER actually makes it to my account. It will pop up and say thanks for playing here’s your rewards and when I press okay, there’s no money to be seen for it. Just seems like a pretty effective time wasting scam to me :/
SO FUN + Some Tips for Players ;)
Tue Nov 08 2022 el.lio.tI gave this 4 stars but i’d really give it 4.5! It’s super fun and addicting and you don’t really need to spend money. The only thing is the events: they’re a bit annoying because you don’t make offline money so you just have to kind of sit in the app… waiting to make money (it’s not the same money as ur regular park).
You are NOT forced to watch ads but you can for rewards which i am 100% willing to do when there aren’t forced ads. I find it really useful in the game! Overall, if you’re into idle tycoons this is something you would enjoy.
Here are some tips:
1. Watch the reward ads: the money and gems it gives you are perfect for getting certain things on your attractions.
2. Don’t upgrade your queue capacity too much— the longer the queue, the more likely your patrons will get angry
3. Use your gems mainly on the “pre-ride show”— it makes the likelihood of patrons getting mad lower and is overall super helpful
4. place the jack-in-the-box near your exit— if there’s more than one, just choose one of them— even on level one it will make up to 4 patrons not angry! super useful as a last-resort effort to keep them for asking for a refund.
5. Be patient. Don’t spend your money to rush things unless you have money to spare. If you’re looking to play for free just put the game away for a while and come back later, you (and you’d bank account) will be better off for it.
Super solid game, definitely recommend!!!
Great app, some small issues
Mon Feb 20 2023 Sunni1375This app is really fun and you can play the game for hours, but there are some small things I’d like to mention. First off, at the special parks, the exit gate is for some reason a little too wide so that some visitors get out with out paying at the gift shop and then just walk past the exit until they eventually despawn. Another thing is the event parks only last a day or two, and there are only two of them! That means that in order to actually do anything, you have to play for hours on end and get super far, all for it to disappear, and have to start over again two days later. I think that having a rotation for the events is good so that we can get some of the things we missed, but there needs to be a lot more than just the space park and the spooky park. That’s all. Either way, this is a really fun game, and I really recommend it :)
This game could use some quality of life fixes
Sat Aug 20 2022 Blubber MuffinsThere should be a way to delete, sell, or store my decorations. I have many many fans and it’s quite the issue having to move everything around one by one and drag them across the entire map.
It would be nice if there was a way to go-to or locate certain mascots or rides in your park. My park isn’t the most massive thing but I’m at the point where I play most of the game fully zoomed out and it’s so easy to lost track of mascots when trying to move them around.
Overall this is a great game. I love how I don’t feel bombarded by ads like other games. The adds are optional and the game was so fun I played for several hours straight. It doesn't feel like you have to wait hours and hours and hours to get upgrade and rides and stuff. The events are fun if you really like park building from scratch. This is one of the best theme park tycoons out there. I highly recommend!!
money
Sun Oct 09 2022 beansandweenies305This is a really fun game. My only complaint is money in game and out of game. You have to spend money to get nearly everything in this game to make it playable. And the issue with the in game money is, the upgrades and evolves don’t even go with your steady income they just get more and more expensive as you evolve. I have make about 1m per hour in this game, and somehow it costs 500,000 to upgrade a table. Makes the game nearly impossible to enjoy or play. I expanded and got a piggy bank that earns diamonds and I have to spend $2 to break it open to get my diamonds. You can’t upgrade 2 things at once unless you purchase it, and the upgrades take 2-5 hours each. Theres certain slots for rides in the game that you can’t get unless you spend $5 EACH. Everything in this game costs too much money it’s kind of ridiculous. I understand wanting to make money but you should be able to earn some of the stuff in the game by completing tasks instead of making people pay 4.99 and up for them.
