Dinsun here. This is another 'board game on a phone' situation. It’s a well-made version of a classic party game. The word lists are decent, the UI is bright and legible (important when you're passing a phone around), and the buzzer sound is suitably annoying.

It’s not revolutionary, and you need a group of friends to enjoy it. But it’s a lot cheaper and more portable than buying the physical version. It does its job well without adding unnecessary bells and whistles. If you’re a host, this is a good one to have in your pocket just in case.

How to Play:
Split into teams and sit in a circle, each teammate try to guess the words or phrases that appear on the screen in the best way possible, but fast! PhraseCatch gives you enough categories to choose from over If you're looking to not give the other team a point, then you need to make sure you are not holding the device when the buzzer goes off. Perfect for the whole group. Best played with 6-10 players.
