Dinsun here. I’ve spent decades playing real foosball in dimly lit arcades, so I know the tension of a good match. Pocket Foosball tries to bottle that, but it leaks. The physics are acceptable for a mobile distraction, but the tactile feedback—the most important part of foosball—is completely absent. You're just sliding fingers on glass, and the AI is either brain-dead or telepathic with no middle ground.
It’s a 'pocket' game in the truest, most disposable sense. It works if you have five minutes to kill at a bus stop, but there's no depth here to keep a serious gamer engaged. The lack of a robust online multiplayer mode in this day and age is a massive oversight for a competitive sport simulation. It's a toy, not a title.
