It starts off with a decent enough hook—decorating rooms and picking tenants—but the 'gameplay' quickly dissolves into a mindless cycle of clicking red dots and watching progress bars. It’s a landlord fantasy for people who have never had to deal with a real burst pipe or a legal eviction; here, every problem is solved by spending a bit of virtual currency.
The economy is balanced to force you into a slow crawl unless you’re willing to sit through an endless barrage of ads or open your wallet. There is zero strategic depth here. You don’t make hard choices; you just wait. The tenants have 'stories,' but they are shallow archetypes that don’t impact the mechanics. If you’re looking for a serious simulation, this isn't it. It’s an idle game dressed in a suit, and a cheap one at that. I’ve seen better depth in browser games from fifteen years ago.
