BEST GAME EVER!
Sat Jul 29 2023 Pen836357I got this game quite a while ago and I really like this game. Good things about this game is that there are no pestering adds unless you want them to get diamonds or money. Diamonds can get you furniture and decorations when you have the landlords house(es). Yes, you can get multiple houses, the limit to the houses is three and you can decorate them however you want! There are a lot of different apartments or villas or stuff like that. When you first start, you have this small apartment to work on. You also have the same type apartment in the back of the first one. You also get to buy stores, laundromats, gyms, and much more! You have to upgrade tenants rooms to make them happy, and also the stores. At one point of the game, you get a bigger apartment for two then eventually, three! I hope people who decide to play this game absolutely love it and give it a five-star rating like me! This game is so cool and fun and awesome! If the developers of the game sees this, thank you so much for making this game! I love it so much! Some people might not agree with me but I saw some of the reviews and it looks like a lot like this game like me. I am not too far in the game so I have no idea what else there is but I am level 11 so I have no idea what else there is. In conclusion, I really like this game and I hope the developers keep updating this game so that I have no reason stop! LOL!
Lots of Diamonds But Not Enough Money
Tue Jul 18 2023 BootsyTheCatI was surprised this wasn’t one of those rip-off games where in the adds for the game it says something about it but the game turns out to be nothing like what the adds say. It’s really fun and I could play it for hours but there are some flaws like having to many diamonds for example. I have so many diamonds just sitting there and I have no idea what to do with them. I saw a review and they said having a wheel you can spin bye spending diamonds would be cool. They also said making it so you can trade in diamonds to get money would be a cool update. Another thing I don’t like is that I don’t have enough money. Everything gets so expensive and I spend it on like two things and my money is gone. Having these fixed would be really helpful. I also think cashdaddy comes way to often. Like it’s a great help in all but it’s also making you watch adds for it. Maybe you could make it so there’s an option to spend diamonds to get the money instead of watching an add. I do like though that he mostly offers money and most of the time not diamonds. I also like how when you decline his offer he doesn’t just stay there. There is a little glitch though that when I’m at the office and cashdaddy is there the little pop up pointing to where he is points to somewhere random and not to the office. But overall this is a really good game and I recommend it! I hope you consider updating the game. Thanks for reading!

When I say I haven’t appreciated an Idle game more ever, I mean it, this game is very easy to play in concept, the characters have distinct personalities, and the devs are incredible. The devs hit it out of the ball park with making the game just complex enough to where you put a little thought into what you’re doing but not complex enough to where you feel like you have to plan every step. I just came back after a 157 day break from playing the game because of some personal issues but when I came back the game reminded me how to play (which I remembered from my first time around but it was still incredibly sweet!) and showed me all the new mechanics in under 5 minutes (I find sometimes that Idle games can drag out explanations). My fav part of the game though has been quickly you can earn money, it doesn’t take extremely long to make but it also doesn’t just appear, you can take a second to go open a puzzle pack, or look for what needs upgrading or even just chill for a second. Overall the devs fid one of the best jobs I’ve EVER seen for a mobile game ever and I HIGHLY recommend downloading.

First, the game itself is so cool. I love the characters. I like that I can pick through them and pick out the people I want to live in my apartments. I love watching them interact with the stores I built like the laundry mat, diner, gym, health clinic, grocery store, and aerobics area. Upgrading takes a while, but it goes by quick when you watch ads.
The “3x speed feature” does not work. It’s never worked in the time I’ve played the game. I click it and it does nothing. This feature if it worked would be extremely useful. Not only does this not work, but the option to “watch a video to skip 10 minutes of building time” is a hit or miss that it will work. The guy “cash daddy” that visits is the only one who’s ads work every time.
Another thing I would improve is the characters shade range. Right now only “over worker” has the option to get a black character. Gourmet chef has a character option who’s somewhere in the middle skin tone range. But the rest of the characters are all white. It would be cool to have a diverse shade range.
Another improvement would be a family option? I finally unlocked the beach house, I thought it would be for families because we started off upgrading single apartments. Then got to build 16 couples apartments. I thought beach house would have families, but instead it’s “child model” and “nanny” for characters.

And i agree with someone else’s statement about the purchasing ad-free situation. I wish there was a option like other apps. Even if at the most $7-8 for ad-free permanently instead of $10 for 30 days 😕don’t get me wrong great game. Graphics are great. As i said the build times seen okay so far. Gameplay is well explained as the game goes on. You guys are doing good with development. Please take into consideration my two suggestions of: -lower coin prices for upgrades, furniture and such & -A one time purchase option for ad free gameplay (would appreciate if that could mean we get the extra money with no ads.. meaning they still pop up and we can just press the ad button and get the money without watching a ad. I Wouldn’t love a almost 10 or 10 or more dollar purchase and i still had to watch ads for the extra money. Maybe that would help with upgrade situation but still consider lowering for people who can’t spend money like that on games and don’t want to spend like 15 minutes of gameplay watching ads trying to get extra money) please please consider! Its a great game and would like to play it longer. Also @ the person with the 3x speed problem. You have to hold in the 3x speed button.
Unrealistic and Disappointing
Mon Jul 10 2023 Gen3siz1Overall the game is somewhat enjoyable. You don't have to spend any money on the game whatsoever if you're willing to watch ads more than half of the time you play. I find myself spending 20minutes just watching ads to keep up with the expenses of the amenities. It makes sense that the further you level up the more amenities or decorations cost. But it wasn’t until level 12 or 13 that I actually saw any profits to upkeep those things without waiting for cash daddy to come back and offer me money. Leveling up is by far the best aspect for the game. The new characters, stores and decorations are great… when you can afford them. In addition, I don't understand that the purpose of the landlord house. Its merely for decoration and another way to spend the diamonds. The diamonds are only good for speeding things up or buying store managers which in my opinion adds little to no value to the store. You don't need them. You don't need to use diamonds to speed things up when you're so use to watching ads. The biggest disappointment of the game is that after leveling up and acquiring a new city, none of the profits you make from your old city are available for use in the new one. Its like starting all over again rather than building or leaning on what you have. Not only that but its double or triple what I spent on the first amenities with less money being made. Its like they want you to spend money to be able to afford to play.

Tue Feb 28 2023 Thicc ShrekThis game is SO much fun, I’ve been playing it almost nonstop for a week now. I’ve never been able to get into mobile games very much, especially idle games but this is very entertaining and I have minimal problems with it. Earning money has been fairly quick and easy for me, it was pretty difficult in the beginning, but I just suffered through some ads and made sure to take some time off the game so when I come back I can double my income. The fast forward button is super useful too, just keep in mind that you need to HOLD the button for it to work.
My only real issue here is the reviews, it honestly makes zero sense to me that pretty much their every thought is a positive or negative review. I’m getting negative reviews because of a tomato on their cutting board, or I get a positive review just because they’re showering. Obviously I don’t expect a cute little game to be realistic, but it’s annoying to be getting negative reviews for things I can’t even help (well actually now that I’m thinking about it, maybe that does add a bit of realism to it huh? 😂) now that I’m further in the game though, my reviews are mostly positive and the negatives are few and far between, but it’s still fairly irritating to see a negative review for a minor inconvenience that has very little to do with the landlord or the apartment.

Tue Aug 15 2023 Flower164Ok this is my first revere so let’s see cash daddy is cool yes and I do like how he hands out domainds but he hands them out to much his name is CASH daddy not dimand daddy and when you upgrade one apartment it should upgrade them all because it’s annoying to me I do think it should be easer to level up and it shouldn’t cost game money to recert and if you want more money for when you are if it cost money and I really don’t like that I think it should be free there should be no options to watch adds just get rid of them Mabe get red of cash daddy but there are pluses to like they tell you what they don’t like and you can lisson to there problems even though that’s a lot of words and U don’t like to read but when I type that’s a hole nother story but that isn’t apportant I think you should be able to customize the hotel like add a name and logo and add a color set a theme ok I know I’m just flashing the game in a bad way but it’s all I can think about a review is to help creators know what fix and help people see wether or not to get the game if I am having trouble finding the good stuff they just need to fix the hole game I know y’all are probably gonna be mad at me for all this but it’s how it is I also think there sahould be a shorter name because ut takes so long to type and say rent plz landlord sim no call it like rent are something catchy like cash up you know what I mean ok I think that’s it thank you and goodbye
Need more money
Wed May 31 2023 CrantberryI truly enjoy this game and have been playing it nonstop. I highly suggest giving it a go. However I am having some issues. I saw another review saying there should be more ways to spend diamonds and I completely agree. I am sitting at almost a thousand and have no clue what to do with them. I wish there was like a wheel to spin or a way to trade diamonds in for more cash. Or something. The diamonds only help for when logging in and building new apartments. Usually I would think diamonds would have more use, since they are supposedly so rare.
Another thing, I need for there to be an update on how expensive things get so quickly. Like today I logged in and 200k in the bank and spent it all on like four things. That’s 8 hrs of gameplay (4 hrs plus the diamonds to double it) and only being able to upgrade 4 items??? I could have hired two workers and that would have been all the money.
So there should either be a way to earn money from diamonds or things shouldn’t become so expensive so fast in the game.
Last thing is the level up system. I go through and complete all the challenges, upgrade my relationship with tenants, upgrade facilities, watch ads, etc. and I’m still level three. I have everything at the point I am at, at 95% completion and I have been at level three for the past week. What is going on???

Thu May 04 2023 MelchochoEdit- Greedy devs and getting more boring. They keep adding expensive and useless ways to spend diamonds instead of fun ways to keep players engaged. Store managers are 100 DIAMONDS for a PIECE? not even a full manager?? And it’s random?
Give us some daily mini games or a little casino with a spinning wheel or SOMETHING to earn money and diamonds while we play. Maybe relate the mini games to the stores we open?
The game is starting to get really dry (I’m at level 26). Getting further in the game is a lot less fun each time and is beginning to feel like a chore. The Store Manager bit is just insulting. In my previous review I said I was thinking of buying perks but I absolutely won’t and it’s because of the managers.
Old-For some reason, the ads are causing my phone to freeze! When this happens, I have to try and close down the app. I don’t get the reward and then the option to watch another video is greyed out. Also, it’s sometimes giving me two ads in a row instead of one! There’s no extra benefit and, again, if you close out, you have to wait until it lets you watch an ad again. Frustrating. Also, I’m considering paying for some of the perks (diamonds, etc) but honestly the amount you get for what you pay is not worth it. This is a really fun game and even when you pay for diamonds and stuff, you can’t expect it to last forever, but they should increase the amounts at least a little.
