I grew up on *Day of the Tentacle* and *Monkey Island*. Coming from that pedigree to 'Sandy's Great Escape' is like going from a five-course meal to a stale cracker. The logic in these puzzles is often non-existent, relying on that ancient, frustrating trope of 'click everything until something happens.'

There’s no personality here. Sandy is a generic avatar, and the environments are forgettable stock assets. It feels like a template-based game made by someone who likes the *idea* of escape rooms but doesn't understand how to build a satisfying narrative or mechanical progression. It’s playable, but it’s entirely unremarkable. In a market this crowded, 'just okay' is a failure.
