The 'merge' genre is the pinnacle of lazy game design, and this is no exception. You click two things to make one thing, and then the game tells you to wait four hours or pay a dollar. There is no strategy, no skill, and the 'secrets' in the title are just more mundane items to click on. The story is a series of boring dialogue boxes that I skipped immediately. It’s an insulting waste of time that treats the player like a dopamine-starved lab rat. If you enjoy this, you probably enjoy watching paint dry while someone occasionally asks you for money.
