Game idea for improvement
Tue Nov 28 2023 P0ssum88If I may suggest a few details I love this game I just wish after we build this nuclear power plant there was something to do like build another building or build a road so workers can get back and forth from work. Im assuming that there will be workers that will need to leave? But to make this quick and short build other building same difficulty same stages of work or more or less. All im saying is let those of us who really love and enjoy this game enjoy it for longer and I would like to see much more things than just a nuclear power plant. Again I love the game just wish there was more to it than just a power plant.
-much love.
Good game but needs more content
Fri Jan 17 2025 TNolan_03I finished this game after about 2 weeks of playing. I did missions until I ran out of gas, which took around 2 weeks of inconsistent playing. I really appreciate how ads aren’t shown too often, only after you complete each cargo delivery, after which you can choose to watch an ad voluntarily to give you 3x rewards or watch an ad involuntarily to gain nothing. This definitely made me play more often because of rewards given from watched ads. I have a couple recommendations/critiques though: (1) I would be more inclined to make an in-app purchase if any purchase would remove ads, or if ‘free barges forever’ and ‘free loading forever’ were offered together. (2) I wish there would be more missions after completing the nuclear power plant, maybe add another map with new missions or at least add more missions after completion of the power plant. (3) The cost in gold coins for ships or liveries is too high to earn by playing the game completely vanilla, either lower the cost of gold coin upgrades or increase the amount of gold coins earned per mission. The cost of buying gold coins is too high for a game that takes this short of a time to complete.
Overall, I really enjoyed the concept of this game and I’m looking forward to more updates with new content. But as of now, I can’t play anything as there are no new missions and I can’t replay any completed missions.
I beat the game (review)
Fri Jan 26 2024 CasualGamer44There are so many good qualities to this game. The graphics are great, the ships are clearly designed with love, and the controls are intuitive and fun to use. There are problems, though, and most of them occur when loading your barge. Sometimes it won’t register that an item was loaded, so when you go to the next screen, the item won’t be on your barge. Another problem is that, when autoloading bagged items (like coal), the balance meter will tell you that the balance is in the red, this is inaccurate. Finally, when loading sand, sometimes it will say you loaded more, or less, than you actually did. The absolute biggest problem with this game is that, when you finish all the missions, you cannot do ANYTHING. There is no way to make deliveries, so you can’t make money, and you can’t buy new vessels. It is a softlock, and it is unacceptable. Please make the game playable for those of us who have spent the most time with this game.
Ad flooded pay to win trash game
Thu Feb 01 2024 theguywhoplayed the gameThe game has terrible mechanics based around revenue and ad watches. Your forced to watch double the amount of time you play in ads regardless of how much you spend. If you load one piece of cargo or 15 your winch will break if you haven’t watched enough ads or paid enough it has nothing to do with how you play. Flags are pointless give no gain and are a tool to get you pay more. Your energy goes missing when you restart and there is constant crashes when watching ads for incentives. It then does not pay out the incentive. Trash game made by scam artists. Should be banned entirely for false gameplay incentivized to get you to pay more and more and more to even play the game. There is no ad free option what so ever and there is no way possible to finish this incredibly short story without watching almost 30 hours of ads for a total of 5 hours in gameplay, EVEN IF YOU PAID OVER $100.
Good, but too short
Sun Mar 10 2024 MauveRam9546I have just beaten the game prior to this review, an I absolutely loved every minute of it. But the one problem that I have is that the game ends after you make the last delivery, no side quests or anything. Now I really love this game and the mechanics of it and I would really love to for there to be more than just the power plant. I also love how the game can be easily beaten without spending a dollar, but again, it’s just too short. I would love anything to be added, whether it be a new building or just a daily quest system. Please expand the game, it would mean a lot to me.
Competitive
Tue Nov 07 2023 ThetexasrabbitOf all the simulator games that I’ve played this one doesn’t have 10,000,000 ads Every 5 seconds. You can actually play the game. It’s just challenging enough that if you mess up you can go back and start over without having to watch an ad! I’m grateful there are still developers out there that care about the audience and not their pocket book! Keep up the good work and happy Shipping!
One of the few honest mobile games out there.
Mon Jan 29 2024 eggsterboiIt shocks me how well made, generous, and how little they push transactions onto you. I’m lucky to have stumbled across this game. The graphics, music, the simplicity of the playstyle despite its addictiveness is astounding. I find it similar to legendary games such as Hill Climb Racing or Farming Simulator. However, I do have a suggestion, if the developers do infact read this review. Make more locations to deliver to. I haven’t yet finished the game, but I have a feeling that adding more locations other than the NPP would hold onto players for the long run. Maybe building a city. Other than that, an undeniable masterpiece.
Here’s the game…
Thu Sep 26 2024 scot4257This is a good example of what’s going on in games today. A very lackluster and uninvolved tutorial, which doesn’t do anything but allows the player to push buttons without any explanation or how that affects anything. It’s such a good game and premise that I thought it would be far easier to understand and work with then what it is. For a lot of people after the tutorial you’re gonna stop playing. Because you don’t know what to do next because you haven’t been told what to do or what’s important. So maybe they’ll change it maybe they’ll give you a tutorial that something and will make you want to play the game, but I doubt it
Great game, but has a few bugs
Tue Nov 28 2023 CalStar04Really have enjoyed this game over the time I have played it. My only problem is that a lot of the captain skills don’t seem to be working, like the 50% chance to have half the delivered cargo get returned to the warehouse. And trust me, I have done at least 70 trips by now, so there is no way I am just unlucky. So once they fix that, it’ll be a 5 star game in my opinion. For now, 4 stars.
Immediate red flag
Tue Feb 27 2024 The Blue's 2.0The game looked good on the App Store but the second the game loads I see the biggest red flag There is in an Ios game. The energy system. Every game is worse for having it. It limits the amount of time you can play without spending money. But still I tried the game and it was… ok. The gameplay is fun and challenging but not hard. Honestly, I would have played the game longer, but I knew if I kept playing the energy system would become a bigger and bigger problem. So I stopped after the tutorial. So if you want to play a game long term, look for something else.
