78/100

Soda Sorting Unlocked takes the familiar liquid sorting mechanic and polishes it to a mirror finish. What I appreciated most about this version is the 'Unlocked' aspect—it feels like you have more freedom to experiment with different sorting strategies without being immediately punished. The visual feedback of the fizzy soda and the satisfying 'pop' sounds when a bottle is completed make for a very meditative experience.

The difficulty curve is well-managed. It starts off almost too easy, but by the time you reach the higher levels with mixed carbonation and multiple hidden colors, you really have to stop and think. It’s the perfect game for a commute or a quiet evening; it provides just enough mental stimulation to be rewarding without becoming stressful.

Dinsun Review

I’ve seen this exact game a thousand times. The 'Water Sort' formula is the new Solitaire, except far more predatory with its ad integration. Soda Sorting Unlocked does exactly what it says on the tin—no more, no less. You click a tube, you pour the liquid. It’s a repetitive loop designed to put the brain into a low-power state. For a gamer who grew up on complex RPGs and tactical sims, this feels less like a game and more like a digital chore that someone slapped a 'fun' sticker on.

The UI is clean enough, but the 'unlocked' in the title is a misnomer; you’re still unlocking the same monotonous tasks level after level. There is no progression system worth mentioning and certainly no narrative. It’s a functional distraction for a subway ride, but to call it a rewarding puzzle experience would be an insult to the genre's greats. It’s competent, but entirely disposable.
