Solitaire Cool Card Game is a rock-solid mobile version of the world's most popular time-killer. It doesn't try to reinvent the wheel, and it's better for it. The 'cool' in the title refers to the sleek, modern interface which is a breath of fresh air compared to the '90s-Windows' look of most solitaire apps. The animations are buttery smooth, and the haptic feedback when you snap a card onto a stack is a lovely touch.

The inclusion of daily challenges and various 'themed' decks provides a nice reason to check back every day. I particularly enjoyed the 'Winning Deals' feature, which ensures that every game you play is actually solvable—perfect for when you just want a quick win without the frustration of a dead-end deck. It's a polished, professional card game that does exactly what it says on the tin.

Dinsun Review

There are about a million Solitaire apps, and this is one of them. It does nothing to stand out. It’s Solitaire. You know it, I know it. The 'Cool' in the title is doing a lot of heavy lifting for a game that hasn't changed since Windows 95. It’s a utility more than a game at this point. The ads are annoying, but that's the price of a 'free' game these days. Move along, nothing to see here.
