Dinsun Review
I usually prefer my RPGs slow and methodical, but Sprint RPG managed to get my pulse up. It’s not really an RPG in the traditional sense—it's a memory game with high-speed reflex checks. You’re essentially running a gauntlet, memorizing turns and enemy patterns to shave seconds off your time. It’s stressful, tight, and well-designed for what it is.
The visuals are that classic chunky pixel style that actually looks good on a small screen. However, it’s a bit of a one-trick pony. Once you master the rhythm, the lack of deep character building or narrative weight becomes obvious. It’s great for a 10-minute session, but don't expect it to replace your desktop crawlers. It’s a solid effort from Nitrome, even if it’s a bit too frantic for a man of my age to play for hours on end.
