Dinsun Review
I’ll admit, I was ready to dismiss this as another cheap mobile knockoff. But Super Bear Adventure actually understands what made Banjo-Kazooie and Mario 64 great. The level design is expansive and rewards exploration, and the controls are better than most mobile 3D games I've tried. It has a 'soul' that's missing from most of the corporate garbage on the App Store. It’s a bit rough around the edges—the combat is simplistic and some of the textures are muddy—but the core loop of collecting and exploring is genuinely satisfying. For a 40-year-old gamer like me, it’s a nice trip down memory lane that doesn't feel like it's trying to rob me.
