Best tangled ropes game
Tue Jun 17 2025 Laura007This version of tangled ropes is very satisfying to play. There is actually a professionally designed game structure, so it feels like you are progressing up the levels. This one is the Best of the 15 rope games I tried. There are some ads at appropriate places. But not after each game. You aren’t constantly hit with ad after ad. Some game levels are hard, but not ridiculously hard so that you have to buy your way a win. This game is based on a timer, but the times are reasonable enough so that if you play carefully, you can win. No tricks, not just a money grab.
Fun… SUPER EASY… potential to be great

The ad was a circle of ropes to be untangled and seemed to present a brain challenge that was both engaging and a bit challenging. However, I have yet to discover that same level of challenge in the actual game. Additionally, the puzzles in the game are not tangled in a fixed circle but rather on large square boards. I’m on level 60 and have not struggled yet. The game has all sorts of power ups that I have not yet needed to use. I was gifted some scissors in an earlier level that automatically cuts a rope at the start of each level and while this could be a nice feature, it takes what little challenge this game presents and makes it even easier 😕. There’s no option to shut it off and so I have to intentionally lose a level to make it stop. I love the idea of this game but it seems to be designed for kids based on the level of difficulty. Even the levels marked as “super hard” are easily beaten within 30 seconds. The graphics are beautiful and the game runs smoothly. There are ads but they are not intrusive and only play every few levels. I was really hoping this would be a fun brain puzzle game forcing me to flex my mind and think but it’s not. I’ll give it a few more levels just to see if the challenge increases but if not, I’m already bored and will likely quit playing.
Ultimately forces you to pay money
Thu Nov 14 2024 Kristena&Keithwhile the game itself is free to play, you’re forced to watch ads unless you purchase the no ads feature. Plus the amount of time they give you on the higher levels and due to the difficulty of the levels, there is no way you can complete these levels without the special helps. This forces you, if you want to be successful in the game to have to purchase the special items like the scissors to cut a rope. I refuse to pay more money on a game other than the no ads and now I’ve gone as high as I can, reach the level that was too difficult to try to finish in the time given, and now I’ve lost all the special effects that I gained by having a winning streak, unless I purchased one of their packs or more coins or special items and things like that. I hate games that appear to be free but in the end, you really need to spend money in order to be successful. Hence, why I gave a two star review. If the game wasn’t as difficult as it is, I would’ve given a five star review actually play the game without to spend money. I would not recommend this game to anyone who is a free to play player and you don’t want or can spend the money on it.
Better Than Others

I would love one with no timer, but this one gives the opportunity to have time added to levels when the previous ones are won. I am at level 30, so it may change, but I’m hoping it won’t become impossible like the others too quickly.
Good game but… why are there coins?
Thu Jul 24 2025 TarisFar too many ads. The pop ups when launched are a bit excessive. The game is fun and challenging but don’t fall for clicking the video after a level to earn more coins. Don’t buy the pack that gives coins. There is literally nothing to spend coins on. There is no store. There is nothing that would imply you need more coins. And when the obligatory ad pops up after each level when you decline to watch an ad for more useless coins, just do what I do: close the game and reload it to immediately move to the next level.

Once you pay for limited ads ever game you run a few seconds behind NOW YOU MUST PAY $900 coins no option for coin free option so YOU may save a few seconds of ads BUT WILL COSTa lot more coin in return Giving you a heads up!!! If Icoyld go back and save my $6 I WOULD, they should honestly outlined in the purchase it eliminated the extra timer clock option😫
I love it but I'm starting this game. Is not sense to me you should make more harder!
Thu Feb 13 2025 I'm happy usingI'm a forensic psychological and criminology doctor I'm starting that this game is comparable with other games I thought this was harder but is too boring for people not educated or something else but for me is boring but I like it is kind of distracted and I don't play another game because I beat all them not matter what games is! Aim too smart!
Fun and unique
Wed Jun 04 2025 Minja.JenI really enjoy this game. It has some puzzles that are different than other tangle games, such as a vertical challenge that moves up as you get the lower bits untangled. I was going to give it a 4 because you still have to pay to skip ads, but that’s how they make money to develop new levels and new games. So I didn’t dock the star for that.
Promising At First But Went Downhill Quick
Sun Jun 01 2025 H011iThe game seemed fine at first. It didn’t have a lot of ads and the game functioned surprisingly well though, it really nosedived pretty quickly. First, the game uses clearly AI generated images which is just a plain awful thing to do, there’s a huge amount of pop ups for micro transactions and a lot of random unneeded things tagged onto the game. The game forces you to use buffs that remove a lot of the fun and challenge from the levels and for some reason, my phone overheats so much playing it. Really really not a fan.
Great but…
Tue Aug 12 2025 Isherwood5o3Game mechanics are good, but then it started with the forced minute-long ads after every game you play. Seems rediculous when the average game takes 30 seconds.
Effectively now a 30 second play, minute of ads, and then 15 seconds of down time for all the random forced events you have to wait through/claim before you can start the next game.
Only reason it got stars is because the games are good for what it is. Some mechanics don’t get explained, like learning to stretch ropes or shake them to allow untangling.
