Great game but having sudden problem. Help please
Thu Jul 25 2024 EllFalkHi I got on my game today and my electricity plant and recycler were all the way back to 0 upgrades. It’s making me pay for them all over again half my town still doesn’t have power. Most of my other buildings are still upgraded to what they were. Why did my levels paid disappear? Please help.
Hi I really like this game for the most part. No forced ads but you can watch as many as you like for bonuses. I love that there’s a whole community to keep running. The only thing that bothers me is the streets that have completed buildings should actually be clean but it’s beginning to seem like it never will.
Don’t even bother
Mon Jul 22 2024 MrOBrianFirst of all, this is supposed to be an idle game but no progress is made while offline. Also, what happens all the time is the people that are walking will form a line trying to drop off their trash, but the line crosses the main road, so all the trucks are stopped, and the entire game just grinds to a halt. You make no money at all and can make absolutely no progress. It’s really frustrating.
Update: I’ve been unable to make any progress for several days. The composter is always full, and is very expensive to upgrade. There is always a line of people waiting to drop off trash, and they block the road, so no trucks are able to get to houses. The city has garbage everywhere because everything is stuck, and there is nothing I can do about it. Orders to clear space in the composter only take a few items out, far fewer than the number of people waiting. I need billions of cash for upgrades but orders give around 1 million and the few drones and helicopters I have don’t make much money. Sometimes, if I play long enough, and do order after order after order, a few trucks can slip by before the road gets blocked again. The composter really needs to be rethought.

Mon May 27 2024 Z1X5Helicopters and drones make no money anywhere on the map zero, nothing from picking up trash dropping it off or completing rounds, waste of money. Trucks glitch together. Trash dump could use better upgrades. Also offline time/ money is way off one of my houses makes over 1 million while I’m playing but I’m offline for the max 2 hours only to come back to just get 12k when I have 9 buildings making over a million each? Not to mention all the other buildings and trucks makin money. The math ain’t mathing there. Got to tier 3 on progression and I feel like it’s gonna plateau once everything is unlocked. Also gems spent on anything in previous levels just gets lost with the progression nothing carries over makes it pointless to waste the gems or even use them at all.
Great game but slow dump trucks
Fri Jun 07 2024 Gabrielle24!Love this game so far I'm on level 3 the only irritating thing about the game I wish they could change is the dump trucks they are so slow even after you upgrade them all the way in the first level you could upgrade the capacity of the dump truck and its speed on the second and third level it’s just the speed it would be appreciated very much if you changed it to were we can upgrade the capacity of the dump truck like the first level.

Mon Jun 10 2024 PyroOkamiWith the newest update they added a composter which adds something for the people running around with wheelbarrows full of trash to do but at the same time there’s still collision enabled. And now I have a huge queue of pedestrians waiting to deposit their garbage for the composter with at least one house in fire and no movement from any trucks and the random event which gets rid of the queue is not coming. Devs please allow the trucks to go through the pedestrians I promise you we don’t actually think we’d be fine if we stand in front of a trash truck with a wheelbarrow and do a whole lot of nothing.

Wed Jun 26 2024 DhallftworthTrucks are still stopped by the workers taking trash to the compost. The amount of trash being dropped off to the dump is also incorrect, whether by truck or helicopter. All of the vehicles are only dropping 1 ton, even though most are picking up 4 tons. Offline money is still not adding up correctly. Truck speed for the incinerator is now better. It’s seems as if the real issues that slow progress down aren’t being fixed, to keep you from progressing too quickly.
Also, upgrading building and other items are extremely too expensive, especially for the amount of garbage being picked up. There’s almost no way to progress, without spending real world money.
Collision is a problem
Fri Jun 28 2024 LunaXx21I really liked the game personally but my biggest problem right now is that the the pedestrians are stunting my progress. As soon as I unlocked the composter the big line of people waiting prevents any progress at all. I’ve tried everything from making the speed go faster to watching the videos to take the biggest possible orders and nothing works. I wanted to give a better review but I’m finding it impossible when I can’t even continue forward in the game. If possible I would suggest moving the composter so it doesn’t block such an important road or just turn off the collision completely.

Mon May 27 2024 Alex-Lynn-The game leads to accidently spending your gems if you don’t carefully check every time you buy an upgrade (like if you’re tapping it over and over)
As well as it seems no matter how much you spend your trucks are still so slow. Like my level 200 trucks seem just as fast as my trucks not upgraded at all. These trucks would ask a snail to slow down if they could.
This leads to my other trucks that bring trash to the yard being backed up. Then my trash yard being constantly full because the truck to the incinerator or recycling is taking 50 years.
You start completely from scratch at level 2
Fri May 24 2024 goddesscourtThis game is really addictive. I played everyday and watched many ads to get to level 2… just to watch everything get wiped away from me and go back to 0. You have to hire everyone and every truck all over again and start with very little money. I worked hard to get the houses upgraded and power plant trucks and workers upgraded just to have everything reset at level 2. It would be nice to keep everything we worked so hard to achieve. Immediately made me delete the game.

Mon Jun 03 2024 White CanTo boil it down this game is impossible to get anywhere in an acceptable time frame. Tip to the developers people shouldn’t have to live on the game forever to make any real headway. The play is beyond slow. Upgrades are too expensive, the trash doesn’t get removed quick enough and earning the money to pay for those expensive upgrades takes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. The earning potential needs to be adjusted if upgrades cost what they are currently. Deleting this game and avoiding future downloads from this company and developer.
