Awesome game but has many problems

1: Glitch/Crash The game often glitches and doesn’t let you take a shot forcing you to forfeit. I had an instance where I started a game for real money and it never let me attempt a shot. I asked for a refund since I never got to take a single shot. They quickly responded saying they refunded me but I never actually got the refund in my account. 2: Unfair gameplay You’d think and expect the gameplay to be identical for you and your opponent especially if you’re playing for money but this isn’t how it works. Each person is given a random brick pattern layout so you’re each playing two totally different brick spawns. Someone always has an advantage and it seems like it’s coded to not let you win very often and will set you up with an opponent who has an easier brick setup. 3: Payout structure The low payouts for winning a game make it nearly impossible to become profitable. For example you pay $1.20 to win $2 meaning you’d have to win much more often than not just to break even. 4: Withdrawal I haven’t personally put money into it or taken it out but i have seen and heard a lot of people say it’s very easy to deposit money but it’s a huge hassle to withdrawal it. I LOVE THE GAME and I’m sad that there are all of these problems because it is such a great game. Im hoping they continue to make the game experience better!!
