I’ll give them points for novelty. Playing a management sim on a watch is an interesting idea for a guy who’s always in meetings. But novelty only goes so far. The UI is inevitably cramped, and the 'sim' part of the management is paper-thin. You’re basically just clicking through menus on a tiny screen.

If you're a hardcore basketball fan, this will feel like a toy. There's no depth to the scouting, and the tactical options are laughable compared to something like Football Manager. It’s a gimmick. A well-executed gimmick, perhaps, but still a gimmick. I’d rather wait until I can sit down with a proper screen and some real data. Wearable gaming still hasn't found its 'killer app,' and this certainly isn't it.
