Favorite Mobile Game! 🌱
Tue Jul 16 2024 Singer girl 7I LOVE Window Garden! Window Garden is probably my favorite mobile game that I have played. I am someone who loves decorating games, and if you are too, this is definitely the game for you! I love all of the different plants you can collect, they are all so pretty and cute! The game does a great job of making you want to log in every day to take care of your plants by having the watering and sunlight features. Every day you log in you get some rewards which is awesome, and even if you don’t get a lot of coins or other resources that way, there are three mini games that allow you to collect all three of those resources really easily, and in bulk. The shop has so many cute items and the seasonal shop is one of my favorite parts of the game! The seasonal shop offers you a selection of themed item’s depending on the month you’re playing, and all you have to do to collect some of them is watch some ads! Not bad if you ask me. I have spent hours on decorating my rooms, and it is so fun to see all of the different aesthetics you can go for! I definitely recommend this game for cute/cozy game lovers, especially if you have anxiety because it is really calming and fun. 🍓🪴

Thu Jul 25 2024 r41ny_d4yzI am so happy I was recommended this game. It perfectly fits the “aesthetic chill game” vibe. I love plants, but they are expensive and hard to grow in my weather conditions- so this game is perfect! There’s tons of plants and you can name each of them. The decorating is the best part in my opinion- I loved the pixelated style and all the little knick knacks there were to make a unique window garden! The little details of this game are just so charming- the little weather forecast, etc. Also, I absolutely LOVE the ad system. There’s no random ads, but instead ads that let you get free accessories or double your mini game rewards. I watch ads a ton- because I want to! And with how many free deco there are to get (with some daily specials too!) I would gladly watch a quick 30-second ad. The pacing on this game is just right imo- feels like you can progress quickly enough without getting tired, but doesn’t leave you rushing through the game. My only “problem” with this game is the music- it doesn’t feel very “Lo-fi” in my opinion buts that’s just my preference. In the end, this is a great game to play if you like decorating and plants! I highly recommend :D
Best mobile game I’ve played in a long time!
Wed Dec 04 2024 Nessa🦋This is definitely one of the best games I’ve played on mobile in a really long time. It’s super simple, and the developers really make sure to include everyone. You can gain all of your resources through playing the mini games (which are easy, fun, and relaxing imo, can’t wait for more to release!) and clicking on the butterflies and birds, causing a “frenzy.” Ads help support any free seasonal items they have, so they get paid and you get a cute item too!! I am so glad they made it inclusive for everyone. I’ve had the app downloaded for 3 days and my kitchen and living room are completely decked out. It’s quite easy to customize however you want. There’s no ridiculously long wait times for everything. JUST PERFECT and so refreshing compared to the consistent microtransactions and nearly unplayably slow games that have been released on the market.
This game is perfect to put on idle “sleep mode” while you sleep. Normally I play rain or lofi music, but it’s already built in here in the app and you can gain coins and resources while you sleep. It helps me unwind at night from a stressful day. 10/10!

Sat Jun 15 2024 kawaiigirl🦄🐹🐈I honestly love this game sooo much! It’s so much fun and there are a bunch of different ways to get more gold coins. Like the mini games or selling your stuff etc. I can’t wait for the new mini games to come out!! I love how there are themed weeks for ex this week is “ocean week” in the decor section and you can get the ocean themed items for free by watching an ad! I love how you unlock more keys to the house with gold coins! I just unlocked the kitchen key! My only complaint is that when you buy a hanging pot for example they have a pot called “ceramic hanging pot” but it doesn’t allow you to HANG it!!! I’ve tried with 2 different hanging pots but it won’t let me hang it. It only lets you put the hanging pots on a shelf or on a table! Please fix this! But other than that, this is an amazing game and it is the ONLY game that keeps me entertained for hours! I’ve played hundreds of games and I usually end up deleting most of them but this one is so fun! I love the music too! I also love the graphics it’s so cute and aesthetic! There are no ads unless you want to get something like a themed decor! -Valentina

Thu May 30 2024 I-use-many-appsThis game is charming, fun, and it motivates me. For some reason, sometimes I just can’t wait to water my fake plants in a little game. It’s a nice break from apps that either put purchases in your face, have constant ads, or both. I have watched quite a few ads to get Sakura items, but this is one of the first games I’ve played where I don’t mind the ads. I don’t use it to study at the moment, but Lofi often helps me focus. The art style is one I love with the pixelated yet realistic designs for the plants. I like the expanding aspect, although I think just the little living room is enough for me for now. My plants sometimes get parched if I just don’t enter the app in time, but the naming of the plants has led me to get attached to them and this game. It has more to it than just gardening. I completely recommend this game because it doesn’t force you to watch ads all the time or purchase in game currency. The option is there, but it doesn’t have pop ups or annoying arrows pointing towards the shop. This developer has made one of my favorite games.

Wed Mar 27 2024 spacecat111I love the charm of this game, the artstyle, and the way it plays. There’s not a lot of ads unless you want something and that’s really how it should be! I find myself willing to watch an ad for items or for plant care. It makes me happy that I have a choice in when I’m shown an ad. As for gameplay, it’s extremely fun! It reminds me of plant tycoon in many ways yet it has its own take on the real time garden aspect! Simplified for mobile ofc, and still has multiple perks and new features. I particularly love decorating in this game. You can definitely tell this was made by an indie creator. It does not have corporate greed written all over this game. Usually at every turn you’re forced to spend real money to get far or complete levels in mobile games. Not here!!! I’ve been playing this every day and can say I’m only enjoying it more and more. Do not pass on this one. Very relaxing music and sounds too :) Thank you creator for a game that’s actually fun to play!❤️

(And I’ve played a lot of games) The music and the atmosphere of all the little decorations you can go for is so relaxing and helps me when I have to destress after algebra. I love pixel styles and this game does it incredibly well!
On top of the adorable visuals, this game makes you want to login and take care of all of your plants every day. If you run out of water or sunshine, you can watch a ad (not forced!) or play one of the fun minigames, which gives you coins and resources in bulk. It’s great for anxiety and irresponsibility (which was my vice before).
The ranking system (the gemstones) is actually quite realistic in the plants it offers you, as at first you may just have a LOT of succulents and cacti, but as you move on you can get herbs, berries, bamboo, and orchids!
For anyone looking for a cute game with plants, this is for you! 🪴🪴🪴🪴🪴
I’M IN LOVE WITH THIS GAME

It’s so fun and interactive, plus all the places to unlock and plants to obtain, as well as having all sorts of different ways to get coins, I could not recommend this game enough. There aren’t any pop-up ads which by itself is wonderful, but especially because the creators of this game don’t pressure you to purchase anything from them! I also love the little added detail of being able to name your plants and customize your rooms too! I don’t know I didn’t find this earlier, it really checks all the boxes for a relaxing gardening game! (One that doesn’t require weird puzzles to complete; I need other game creators to take a few lessons from this game’s creators!) The art style and music go so well together, making it visually pleasing as well as relaxing. Seriously, I love this little game, get it and you won’t be disappointed!

Wed Mar 26 2025 doggosectonI downloaded Window Garden recently because it was up on the App Store home page and it looked super cute. Definitely not disappointed!!! Cute decorations, you can name plants, I even got my mom to download it (she usually doesn’t seem to like games and only really uses Finch, so it’s nice to have another thing to bond over). And there’s always something to come back to every hour. I usually don’t like idle games that much, but this one for some reason really makes me want to stare at it and tap at butterflies for half an hour. Plus unlike some other games there’s not even anything to really spend money on as you can get coins and water and suns really easily (and all event decorations can be gotten by watching ads)! I should probably stop typing this out so pretty much just download this app you won’t regret it at all
Fun game but the ads are terrible
Fri Apr 18 2025 dotdareI hesitate to give this Window Garden 5 stars because of the insane amount of ads you have to watch for this game. I find the whole heavy ad model a bit predatory. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was a way to pay to permanently remove the ads. Ads aside, the game is incredibly cute with great calming music and it’s quite satisfying watching your plants grow. It is a calming game, until you realize that you have to watch an over 30 second long ad again to get or accomplish something; then you realize that there are plenty of other games similar to this one made by other developers with zero ads. Would I like to continue playing this game? Yes! Would I love to spend money on things in the marketplace? Yes! But the ads are making it not so fun. Again, I would gladly make a purchase to get rid of ads permanently but in the mean time, this is one of those games that I open sparingly every few days if only to water my plants.
