Zendoku is exactly what I want from a mobile puzzle game: clean, fast, and entirely focused on the logic. There are no flashing lights or predatory microtransactions here, just a massive library of Sudoku puzzles wrapped in a very elegant interface. The 'Unfair' difficulty is genuinely punishing for veterans, while the easier modes are perfect for a morning coffee break.

I particularly love the theme system. Being able to switch between a dark mode, a high-contrast theme, or something more colorful keeps the visual experience fresh. The note-taking system is intuitive, and the lack of a forced timer option makes it a great choice for those who just want to relax and think. It’s the definitive Sudoku app for people who hate 'cluttered' apps.

Who asked for this? Seriously. Sudoku is meant to be a quiet, contemplative exercise. Zendoku tries to turn it into a high-speed battle game with a 'martial arts' skin that feels like a bad Saturday morning cartoon. The 'battles' just feel like they’re interrupting my thinking time with annoying animations and distractions.

The UI is cluttered, trying too hard to look 'cool' while making it harder to actually see the grid. If I want to solve Sudoku, there are a hundred cleaner apps. If I want a battle game, I’ll play a fighter. Combining them like this is like putting mustard on a donut—it just ruins both. It’s a dated concept from the Nintendo DS era that should have stayed there.
