iAggravation is a faithful digital recreation of the classic board game that has ended many friendships. For those who grew up playing the physical version, the transition is seamless. The app captures that specific mix of luck and low-stakes strategy that makes Aggravation so addictive. Tapping the die to roll and seeing your marble hop around the board is satisfyingly tactile.
The inclusion of local pass-and-play makes this a fantastic digital board game for family gatherings. It’s simple, unpretentious, and doesn't clutter the screen with unnecessary animations. While it lacks an online matchmaking system, the AI provides a decent challenge for solo players. It’s exactly what it says it is: Aggravation in your pocket.
I don't understand the point of this. If I want to play Aggravation, I'll pull the board out of the closet. This app does the bare minimum to put the game on a screen. The dice rolls feel 'weighted'—though I'm sure it's just bad RNG—and the animations are so slow they make a 15-minute game feel like an hour.
There is no charm here. No clever touches, no interesting variations. Just a flat, lifeless board. Why would anyone pay for this when there are a million better Ludo-style games for free? It’s a lazy cash-grab targeting people who recognize the name from their childhood. Don't fall for the nostalgia.
Performance: Stable but drains battery more than it should for such a simple app.

The game iAggravation is a marble board game for 1 to 8 players. Players can share a single device. The objective is to advance all of your marbles around the board to your home position from the base position. Marble movement is based on the roll of two dice. Landing on your opponent's marble sends it back to their base position. The player type can be human or computer. The board style is selectable: classic, modern, beach, space or party. The classic board is the actual board made by my grandfather years ago. There are selectable variations: one die, two dice, blockade, back four, corners, automatic modes and more.

If you land exactly on the center 'Super' hole, you can jump to any other corner in a single move. This is the fastest way to victory, but be careful—it's also the easiest place to get knocked back to start!
Aggravation is won through defense. If you have the choice, always prioritize landing on an opponent's marble. It resets their progress completely and gives you more breathing room to reach your Home.
