Dinsun here. This takes me back to the arcade days, which is high praise coming from me. It’s got that crisp, 'blue sky' racing feel that's been missing from the genre for a while. The handling is sharp, the colors pop, and it doesn't try to bore me with simulated tire pressure or oil changes. It's just you, the track, and the nitro button.
But let's be realistic—it's still an arcade racer on a phone. The rubber-banding AI can be a nuisance, and while the 3D shift is nice, some of the soul of the 2D sprites from the first game feels lost in the transition. It’s a solid 79. It does its job well, but it isn't reinventing the wheel.
