Enter the world of Very Little Nightmares, a mobile puzzle adventure game developed by Alike Studio and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Help the Girl in the Yellow Raincoat survive a hostile mansion filled with life-threatening traps and frightening enemies. As she awakens in an unknown place, you must guide her through each room, solving challenging puzzles and avoiding capture to uncover the secrets of The Nest, a vast and eerie maze. This original prequel to Little Nightmares offers a captivating mix of cute and creepy aesthetics, immersive sound design, and engaging gameplay. Perfect for fans of the series, it delivers a unique experience with simple controls, though some puzzles may test your wits. Explore, solve, survive, and discover a dark universe in this thrilling adventure.
The game begins with the Girl in the Yellow Raincoat awakening in The Nest after her balloon crashes. Pull the lever to clear the wreckage and start exploring. Watch out for traps in the first room, such as falling debris, and move quickly to avoid detection.
In the cell warehouse, you'll encounter the Craftsman. Sneak past him by staying out of his line of sight and use the environment, like pipes and crates, to progress. Free the child in the red scarf by solving a lever-based puzzle to unlock the next area.
The game relies heavily on puzzle-solving. For example, in one room, you must align objects to create a path to a higher ledge. Use your wits to manipulate the environment, such as pushing crates or pulling levers, to progress.
Stealth is key to avoiding enemies like the Butler, who uses telekinesis. Double-tap to run and hide under objects to evade capture. Timing is critical, especially in areas with moving traps or patrolling enemies.
Very Little Nightmares is a mobile puzzle adventure game where you guide the Girl in the Yellow Raincoat through a hostile mansion called The Nest. It’s a prequel to the Little Nightmares series, featuring puzzles, stealth, and a creepy atmosphere.
The game is rated 9+ due to mild animated violence and horror themes. It’s suitable for older children and adults who enjoy puzzle adventures with a creepy aesthetic, but parental guidance is recommended for younger players.
