I grew up watching this show, so the sounds of the wheel clicking triggered a bit of nostalgia. Unfortunately, that’s where the charm ends. Wheel of Fortune Daily is an extremely 'lite' version of the experience. The 'daily' hook is just a way to limit your play and keep you coming back for very little reward. For an expert gamer, the puzzles are often too simple, and the lack of a true competitive mode against other people makes it feel lonely.
It’s conservative to a fault. It doesn't try anything new with the word game formula. You spin, you guess, you win, you wait 24 hours. The UI is a bit cluttered for my taste, and the lack of full show features makes it feel like a demo. It’s fine for your grandmother, maybe, but for someone looking for a real game, this is a pass.
