Dinsun Review
I’m a sucker for a good puzzle game that doesn't feel like a chore. 2048 was great, but it was just numbers. Age of 2048 takes that core logic and gives it a sense of purpose. Merging little huts to create grand cathedrals and then skyscrapers is genuinely rewarding. It gives you a reason to keep sliding tiles beyond just hitting a high number.
The art style is clean and isometric, which I find very soothing. It’s got that 'conservative' polish—nothing flashy, just well-executed. They’ve added some power-ups, which some might see as cheating, but they help mitigate the 'dead-end' frustration of the original game. It's a solid, well-made puzzle game that respects the player's time. I'll keep this one on my phone for a while.
