The Carnivores series has been around since the late 90s, and unfortunately, this mobile entry feels like it hasn't left that decade. The concept of hunting extinct beasts is a nice break from the standard deer-hunting slop found on the App Store, but the execution is lackluster. The 'open worlds' are sparse, and the AI of the animals is predictably binary—they either ignore you entirely or charge in a straight line once you've triggered a script.
Graphically, it's a mess. The textures are blurry, and the draw distance is laughable for a game about spotting targets from afar. There’s a certain charm to its old-school simplicity, but it lacks the immersion required for a true simulation. It’s a mediocre shooter with a unique skin, but it doesn't do enough to justify its 'Pro' title.
