Tue Sep 24 2024 Dog Life Simulator reviewsSo I’ve had this game too for a long time not super though but I started playing level two the one time I was on this month during this year but I’m kind of having a problem with the sponge and the powder washer whenever I’m done using them it takes a long time for them to disappear at least the sponge anyway but when I finished cleaning with the power washer I could not stop cleaning with it because it wouldn’t go away and I just started using it today and I have customers wanting to be seated and I didn’t get to clean the tables and I don’t have other cleaning and people yet but this is very fun it’s not bad enough for a less than a four star review for me but you really need to fix that other wise I’ll delete or off load it or I’ll just give you less than four stars I’ll give you 3,2,1,or 0 . So please fix this problem asap .
Lots of bugs was really enjoying it
Wed Sep 25 2024 Dadbuyyi was actually really enjoying this game surprisingly. i had just downloaded it after playing a little in and ad and it seemed like something i could play while listening to my podcast and it was doing just that for quite some time. however, i’ve noticed some bugs that make it unplayable to me any longer so i will be putting the game down until these bugs are fixed. like other reviews are saying starting on the second restaurant it starts the day essentially on the end so you only have a minute or two until the store closes and then it never opens again even if you clean everything like it wants you to and it doesn’t pop up the option to wash the carpet runner which is what it’s waiting on me to clean in order to open again. also have noticed when you clean something the sponge never disappears it’s just cleans forever until a customer sits and even then sometimes it just looks like it’s cleaning them. i was excited to see the different restaurants and such but i won’t continue to play if i have to exit the game every couple minutes just to get a couple minutes of game play. would be a 4/5 stars of it was actually playable.
Customer support ignores issues

Bugs even worse after update. Changing rating and will delete and not look back if not fixed soon. Listen to your customers!! I’ve tried reaching out to support for help on a game ending issue, and it’s crickets. No response, not even to acknowledge my email. When I got to the Wyoming restaurant, in the 4th expanded section there’s no option to add any tables. The cashier has been added but where then an option to add tables would be next, it’s just a big empty room. I don’t know if this is as far as the game has been developed or if this is a bug. Would be nice to know but again, they won’t respond to me. As this prohibits me from progressing any further, I guess I’m done. It was fun while it lasted though! A better than average idle type progressive game. Had potential to be a favorite game but no option to continue now. Looks like lots of people are having the same issue, but no response and no update. Maybe it will come soon but with no way to progress oh well.
Don’t bother paying for the no ads option

It’s calming and more for a casual play which I love about it, but the ads… the ads serve a purpose and I understand that but the amount and duration of the ads were frustrating so I actually paid for the ads free option that is offered. Even though my purchase went through and the money was taken out of my bank, I am still receiving a numerous amount of ads. They do not have a customer service type option to notify them which is also annoying because there is no way to contact anyone if any other game issues arises. My advise to players, don’t waste your money on the no ads offers, you’ll still get ads. To the developers, you really should have an option to contact a support for game issues such as these. Since the game already took my money, I’m counting it as a loss. However it ruined it for any other game I decide to play that offers that because I will remember being burned with this game and will most likely not purchase a package from any more games.
Not Working Correctly
Tue Sep 03 2024 LindsLuvsPinkI love this game, but started having bad glitches starting on level 2 (Seafood/Beach). I have everything leveled up, BUT 1. My game NEVER starts with a full day, I only get about 8 minutes (I timed it) of actual game play before it closes 2. Whether I clean manually, or watch a video for instant cleaning, the store never starts a new day. I have doubled checked that EVERYTHING is clean, waited 10 minutes until my cleaner returns to its place, and I also don’t get a prompt to clean the entrance line carpet 3. My delivery guy has NEVER made it into the store since the beginning of level 2. I never saw him anywhere on 2, and I realized at the pizza place, he glitches outside the door. So my restaurant is as clean as can be, and my store no longer reopens for another full day. I have to kill the app and restart it for another 8 minute day. I even tried offloading it (not deleting it), and reinstalling, and that didn’t do anything. I’m gonna delete it if it’s not fixed soon.
Good game
Sat Feb 08 2025 ShapptI like the game. The ads don’t bother me because I refuse to pay for anything in this game.
I don’t like the wait time to get to a new section in one restaurant. the timer starts over if you leave the game so you have to watch the ad anyway unless you play the game for 3 hours straight.
The other thing is why don’t all the levels have a bathroom? After you gain access to all the tables and upgrade things there’s not much to do but run around killing the big roach, give the delivery guy his order, and clean the restaurant with the floor cleaner. Can a bathroom be added to every restaurant if possible? It gives you something else to do. It’s the one thing I really liked about the first level.
I downloaded this game in the past but it wasn’t like this and I enjoy the bathroom feature.
I got so far just to delete the app.
Mon Aug 19 2024 fix your app! 🙄🙄I had been playing this game for weeks now. It was very relaxing and it was interesting to see what new room I could unlock. Not only was the game fun, but there was hardly any ads. Until this morning, when I got on the game. There was a pop up add at the bottom of the screen. When hitting the “X” in the corner of the ad, it would minimize, only leading it to cover half of my screen again 5 seconds (IF NOT LESS) later. I closed the game tab, watched an ad (to get a free floor clean), and tried walking around the game. Nothing worked. I tried restarting my phone as well, which only made the ads worse. I don’t know what happened. Maybe I got so far into the game so the creators thought if they sprung ads on me it would be hard for me to delete the game?
Only issue is, yes the ads were frustrating, but I couldn’t even see my screen. It was those little ads that you see on websites.
So frustrating. The game is fun for a little bit, but don’t waste your time on it if you are planning on keep playing.
Great idea horrible execution
Fri Jul 12 2024 Ninjavanish72You are money starved even from the beginning of the game. You barely make money from selling food or cleaning. So they want you to continually watch ads to make any money! I find myself continually cleaning the same few tables because my characters are so slow. Yes i can watch even more ads to upgrade my characters and i did but they were still horribly slow to make me watch another ad to get the skateboard speed perk. Then there were times i watched the ad and didn’t get the perk and had to watch the another to get my reward. What’s even worse is the fact even if you avoid getting the upgrades and rewards you still get served ads!!!!! I get that the developer/s want to make money but at least make it a enjoyable experience. When you cram so many ads in the first part of the game it feels like you aren’t playing a game. Maybe it would be different if they were more spread out but idk. Now onto the ads that pop up in this game… almost all of them are sexual or a money scam app!!!!!!!!
Latest “patch” caused major issues
Fri Sep 13 2024 Frost__2001And I’m playing this game on and off and this recent patch that just got updated to has been causing major issues in the game. When you’re cleaning up the area after the customers, the sponge never vanishes also when you’re getting the reward for the DoorDasher that comes in for the food pick ups, you can fill the bar completely to get said reward but he just stand there and you don’t get the reward and you can’t do anything to claim it, you’ll end up watching multiple ads as a result, for the doubled rewards, but nothing happens. The little choice icon thing even to collect it or claim it with no extra ad to get the double rewards never vanishes it doesn’t even give you the option to even collect the reward.
Cheaply made; doesn’t resemble its marketing
Sat Jun 01 2024 I’m not picky butThis game is NOT about cleaning, it’s about owning a small restaurant, waiting tables and picking up patron garbage. You pay for more tables and there’s places to buy cleaners and some upgrades for you and your staff. I maxed out the restaurant twice, hoping I’d get to go to the next location, but it just opened up a new room and made me walk around farther to make money.
It’s kinda fun for the first hour or two of total progress, but it gets a bit stale pretty quickly. It’s also pretty obvious this game was made hastily just so it could be churned out for some money and the next one can be developed. The art style and movement mechanics are a dead giveaway.
There’s BARELY an offline reward, so you just gotta keep the app open or watch ads if you want progress, too. It’s incredibly anti-user and refuses to try to hide it.
