WAY too many ads
Fri Aug 08 2025 A Beast12345678987y6trgdmsywji’m only putting 5 stars so it can be seen. honestly, the game is fun, and i enjoy it. i got this game bcz a game tester trial and just stuck with it. i don’t normally need to watch the ads or use power ups to beat a level so when i do it doesn’t really bother me. what bothers me is the ads after EVERY level you beat. i get an ad like after maybe 10-15 wins but after every one is wild. then to remove the ads you have to pay $3 for only ONE week. i’d be paying over almost $200 for a year? it’s to a point where once i beat the lever i get out of the app and go back in to play the next level to avoid the ads. if they should change anything i would suggest less ads after a win or a SINGLE payment to PERMANENTLY remove ads.
Freezing issues.

My only issues so far, and I only just passed level 50, sometimes when I complete a puzzle, the game freezes and won’t load forcing me to go back to the lobby or completely close the game. The issue is when I go back to the level, it’s completely restarted and it’s frustrating when it already took 5 tries to complete, and if I use any power ups when it freezes, I don’t get them back when I reload it so I pretty much just waisted them. I only download this game so I could get points on fetch. It would be nice if this game would actually work correctly since they’re paired up and have a collaboration with another app where you can earn points for gift cards by beating levels. Kinda hard to beat a level if it keeps freezing when I complete one.
Also not a major issue, but when I do get an ad, it has a skip ad button, but I have to press on at least 10 times for it to work, and I can see the section of the screen light up when I press it, so i know it’s registering that I’m pressing it, it just won’t work. I also have problems with the reset bottom being bipolar about wanting to work or not. I’m forced to go back to the lobby, wait for it to load, click on the level, wait for it to load again, and then I can play. Instead of being able to just reset the level without any waiting.
Burnout
Sat Jan 25 2025 swankinatorrrrI really do love this game. It stimulates my brain and the music is a vibe. However, I would enjoy it a lot more if there weren’t as many ads as there are. If I get stuck and need an extra space, I get an ad (I only get one per ad, by the way). When I complete a level, I get an ad. When I want to undo a move I just did, I get an ad. It’s making it more and more difficult for me to even want to play the game anymore, because the average 2-3 time it takes me to finish a level normally is turning into 5-10 because of all the ads I have to sit through. I’ve slowly stopped playing it, which is a shame, because I was literally addicted to it for the first 100 levels. I understand ads are necessary to make the game free, but in my opinion, it’s overkill.
By the way, to the developers: I was going to give you guys benefit of the doubt until I saw you copying and pasting the same message for every review pointing out the obnoxious ads. Nobody is going to feel seen or heard, and frankly, it seems like you guys don’t care to tend to it. Lots of people are saying they’re WILLING TO PAY MONEY to get rid of ads and all they get is that same copy and paste message. I can understand you can only tackle so many complaint reviews, but instead of fixing bugs and advertising “new and shiny levels”, you should actually try to maintain your players by listening to their feedback.
Fun but buggy
Mon Mar 24 2025 The lane 2119I think I’ve come across a couple bugs. There was a tournament available when I first started playing that was supposed to go on for 6 more days. When I opened the game yesterday, I noticed the tournament was gone, which is a bummer because I was actually doing good. My game also doesn’t have a way to earn perks like “undo” or the magnifying glass or the key to open an extra space. I don’t know if it’s just my game that’s unable to do that or if they just don’t offer that at all (which would be a let down) it also used to give me 2 keys when I would watch the adds to get more of that perk, now it only gives me one. I also can’t pay to remove the adds. I hate all the pop up ads after levels.
Update: I had messaged their support team about the missing tournament icon on my game and they threatened to ban me for spam because I accidentally sent the message twice. I closed my phone after I supposedly sent the message and then when I turned my phone back on, the message was still up causing me to think it didn’t go through. So I pressed the send button again. There was no ill intent on my part, i wasn’t trying to push them into answering faster, it was just another bug. You didn’t have to be so rude about one extra message that was accidentally sent.

Mon Jul 29 2024 liznyanSo I originally picked the game up as one of those “play game, earn money” apps, but it quickly became a way for me to chill after work. The tactile feedback and animations are really satisfying, and breaking through a difficult level feels genuinely rewarding. However, the nonstop ads are too much. I understand gamedevs have to run ads to actually make money off these free games, but you have to view an ad every time you restart a level (which you’ll do a lot on hard levels) or begin a new level. Whatever. They’re usually limited to 5 seconds. I can deal with that. It’s annoying I can’t play while listening to music without Royal Match or Totally Real Win Real Money Solitaire!!!!! yelling in my airpods but whatever.
But what’s frustrating is that the game, seemingly anticipating people turning on airplane mode to get around this, is always online and will not let you play offline. So if you want to play it on the subway or on a plane or in the middle of nowhere, all places that are perfect for microgaming… nope! The overabundance of ads makes a fun and relaxing game feel genuinely scummy and like a money grab. I and many other people would gladly pay five bucks for ad free gaming in this great game. Please implement it!!

Sat Aug 16 2025 Jesse882737474For starters let’s just get it out of the way that this game is FULL of ads to the point it’s borderline unplayable. It has so many ads that randomly while playing a level an ad will start playing in the background. Just the audio, while you’re playing. Even more scummy than an ad after literally every level, retry, or perk is sometimes even after a the ad the game does whatever it wants. Eg. I was in the middle of a match and watched an ad to unlock an extra space to win a level and the game just put a RANDOM BLOCK THERE…. The block it moved was completely useless too so I had to watch ANOTHER ad just to restart the level, and ANOTHER ad if I wanted to keep my streak multiplier going. If that’s not bad enough the game offers a “no ads” purchase for $2.99… it only lasts 7 days though which I have never seen a mobile game so greedy that the the no ad perk isn’t permanent. There are TONS of versions of this exact game much better than this one and I urge everyone to try a different one. If you’re playing this game for one of those apps that pays you to try games I highly recommend stopping after the level 51 reward because after level 55 or so the game upgrades from garbage to dumpster fire.
Way too many ads

I liked it at first, but if you don’t pay the $2.99 ad removal, you’ll soon be watching ads around every corner while trying to play. Yes, I understand that ads are important for games but there’s so many. You get stuck on a round and want to restart? 8/10 times there’s an ad that you can either skip after a few seconds and forcefully close the App Store it sends you to. Or, it makes you sit through the entire ad. You successfully finished the level? Well, congrats here’s an ad for you before you begin the next level. The levels sometimes are extremely easy, so just know that if you’re planning to play for awhile you’re going to get a lot of the same ads. Also, there’s constantly banner ads too throughout the entire game. Could be a chill mobile game if the ads weren’t so pushed tbh. I will be deleting it, don’t care enough to get the credits for the other game.
Love the game but please limit the ads
Sat Dec 14 2024 SmilesuzI really really really like to play this game as the game itself deserves 5 stars, but the number of ads and the length of time they play for is extremely annoying and overbearing, hence the 3 stars. The same lengthy ads after each level is just too much-over and over. As much as I really like this game I am considering deleting it because I can’t spend the majority of the playing time enduring the same ads over and over with no real option to skip them. It actually makes me NOT want to get the games that are being advertised because they are associated mentally with being an annoyance and so it’s achieving the reverse effect. I understand that the ads give revenue to keep the game going but there has to be a way to limit them. Some thought has to be given to balancing keeping your customers happy and wanting to play more versus making money to keep something that’s annoying going. I hope you understand.
Too many ads
Fri Oct 11 2024 M’🫶🏼I really wish I could give this game a higher rating because it is fun, however the amount of ads in this game absolutely ruin the experience. I get an ad after every other level, and before every other level. It’s extremely annoying especially since a lot of these ads are really long, and they waste so much time. I also wish there was another way to get undo power ups, and the other types of power ups, without watching ads. I would suggest making a log in streak, and every day you get either coins or 1-2 power ups, and you can also use these coins to buy powers ups. It’s so exhausting having to play this game when I’m constantly being interrupted by ad after ad after ad. Although this game is pretty fun, the ads ruin it. And I’m aware that you guys need to implement ads for certain reasons, but it makes the game extremely annoying to play. I would be glad if you guys took these suggestions into consideration, and I’m sure a lot of people would enjoy the game this way.

Tue Aug 13 2024 just a puzzle guySo yes, the constant ads in between levels are extremely obnoxious. I get that the devs have to make money somehow, so whatever. I’ve played plenty of mobile games and I will deal with it as long as the game itself is worth it, which at first I thought this one was.
However, there are frequent and numerous levels that are literally unsolvable unless you use hints or extra spaces. A level with hidden blocks essentially turns into a guessing game and getting lucky that you’ve moved the correct one. Which, in my opinion, negates the whole point of skill-based play. Sure, you can use a hint to uncover an extra block, but you are only given 3 free hints for the ENTIRETY of your PLAYTHROUGH. Not 3 for each level, but the entire game. So guess what? Every time you encounter one of those levels you either just have to get lucky or watch an ad to get more hints. It’s ridiculously dirty and downright greedy, so after a while of just guessing every time I got fed up and uninstalled.
