Cozy Golf is the perfect antithesis to the hyper-competitive sports genre. It’s less of a game and more of a mood. The physics are 'semi-realistic'—the ball has enough weight to feel real, but the game is generous with its bounces and rolls to keep the frustration levels at zero. The procedurally generated islands are genuinely beautiful, often making me stop just to watch the pastel clouds move behind a floating lighthouse before I take my putt.

I love that the game encourages exploration. You can purposefully hit your ball away from the hole to reach a hidden 'memento' on a distant cliffside. The lo-fi soundtrack is excellently curated, blending perfectly with the sound of waves and birds. It’s the kind of game I find myself opening for five minutes to decompress after a long day, only to realize I've spent an hour drifting through the sky. It’s a beautiful, gentle experience that understands the 'cozy' aesthetic perfectly.
