Finally, something that actually functions as a game without trying to trick me into a subscription or a shark tank. Double Domino is exactly what it claims to be. It’s Dominoes. There are no fancy explosions, no leveling systems, and no 'superhero' power-ups. It’s a clean table and a set of tiles.

The UI is a bit sterile, and the AI isn't going to win any awards for brilliance, but it works. It’s the kind of game my father would play on his tablet. For a 40-year-old gamer like myself, it's a bit too simple for long sessions, but as a digital implementation of a board game, it's respectful to the source material. It's not 'exciting,' but it's honest. That's a rarity on the App Store these days.

To win you need to use all your dominoes and leave no empty spaces. Arrange dominoes in the columns. Dominoes can be placed anywhere on the board, however, they must connect (match numbers on both sides) in every column.
