Let's be honest: we've all played Dr. Mario. This is that, but worse. Dr. Pill tries to capture that classic pill-matching magic but lacks the tight controls and charm of the Nintendo classic. The gameplay is functional, but it feels floaty.

The visuals are generic mobile-tier assets, and the sound design is forgettable. It's a 'placeholder' game—something you download because you can't find the game it's copying. In a world with thousands of high-quality match-three and falling-block puzzles, this one barely registers. It’s not broken, it’s just entirely unnecessary.
