AR is still a gimmick in search of a game, and Draw a Stickman AR doesn't change that. It’s cool for about five minutes to see your doodle standing on your kitchen table. But once the novelty wears off, you're left with a very clunky, frustrating puzzle game.

The camera tracking is hit-or-miss, and having to physically walk around your room to see different parts of the map is more of a chore than a feature. It drains the battery like nothing I’ve ever seen, and it’s prone to crashing if the lighting isn't perfect. It’s a great way to show off your new phone to a friend, but it's not something you'll actually want to play for more than an hour.
