Fragger 2 is exactly what a sequel should be: bigger, better, and more explosive. The core gameplay remains the same—arc your grenades to blow up enemies—but the additions of physics-based puzzles and new grenade types like 'Sticky' and 'Freeze' add layers of strategy that the first game lacked.

The level design is much more intricate, often requiring you to trigger switches or break obstacles to clear a path for your explosives. It’s incredibly satisfying to pull off a perfect bounce shot that clears the whole screen. It’s the peak of the 'physics-puzzler' genre on mobile.

Fragger 2 is a perfectly fine physics puzzler. It’s polished, the levels are well-designed, and the new mechanics add just enough variety to keep it from being a total retread. But we've played this game a thousand times before. The 'trajectory puzzle' genre was peaked a decade ago, and Fragger 2 doesn't do anything to move the needle. It's safe, it's predictable, and it's entertaining for a few hours. Just don't expect to be blown away.
