The core mechanic is fine—merging fruits is inherently satisfying in a mindless sort of way—but the execution here is abysmal. The physics feel inconsistent; sometimes a grape acts like a lead weight, and other times it bounces like it’s on a moon mission. It lacks the 'weight' and precision that made the original Japanese version a hit.
But my real gripe isn't even the mediocre physics—it's the monetization. You can't go more than two minutes without an ad break interrupting the flow. In a game built on 'zen' merging and careful placement, having a 30-second video blast your ears every five moves is a death sentence for enjoyment. It’s an unpolished, unoriginal app that exists purely to serve as a delivery vehicle for marketing. If you’re over 40 like me, you probably remember when games were designed to be played, not just endured.
